Canadream's service is excellent
Canadream's service is excellent; the guidance and explanation provided when picking up the motorhome were professional and clear. Unfortunately, the camper itself had a somewhat subpar mattress, and the awning was off-limits; otherwise, it was excellent accommodation and transport for our wonderful holiday.

Everything was very professional and…
Everything was very professional and positive. There were no problems whatsoever. The campervan was almost new (registered in 2026) and in good condition. The only downside is that the pick-up point is about a 50-minute drive from Montreal city centre.
Suggestions for improvement:
1) It would be good if you could specify the exact type of campervan in advance. We were allocated a very large model, which is great in itself, but it didn’t offer any advantage for the three of us (the campervan was designed for five people) and its size meant we were very restricted in terms of flexibility.
2) The crockery was designed for exactly three people. It would have been nice to have had more glasses and plates.

Great RV but check-in and check-out…
Great RV but check-in and check-out took a long time. Also, the requested linnen kit didn't include a blanket, and we needed one.

Overall
Overall, we had a very positive experience with CanaDream. The motorhome was spacious, comfortable and reliable, and it worked very well for our two-week road trip around Quebec.
There were just a couple of aspects that almost prevented me from giving 5 stars.
I would have appreciated a more detailed briefing at pick-up, especially regarding the different systems and how to use them during the trip. Also, although we knew in advance that the awning would not be available, I still think being able to use it would make the camping experience more complete. I was also surprised that two basic camping chairs were not included, especially considering the overall cost of the rental.
However, at the time of return, the manager on duty was extremely kind and helpful in reviewing some details related to the final payment. I really appreciated his attitude and the way he handled everything.
For this reason, and considering the overall experience, I am still happy to give CanaDream 5 stars.
Overall, a very good experience, and I would consider renting from CanaDream again.

WE had a wonderful time with our Canadream
My experience was great because we had the same bed for two weeks. We could enjoy campsites and stay as long as we liked. We could also cook our own food. At the same time we had our own wheels and go where we wanted to.
