The whole renting experience was easy and straightforward.

Brand New Vehicle, Professional Processes, Great Support

The instructions by Tim were clear and very helpful.
Though I had watched all of instruction videos, my girlfriend didn't so the explanations and instructions were very helpful for her and us.

Had a great experience picking up Rv everything explained and was super clean and well stocked was easy to drive
My suggestion is that every RV have a step stool as hard to reach items if too high. Had drinking glasses but could not reach. Please please get stove knob locks.
As a short person everytime I reached above stove I accident turned on propane, small children could very easily turn it on also. Other than that had a great time and great memories

Highly praise CanaDream. We hired an RV for a week out of Toronto. Great communication before the trip using the website chat. Easy to collect. The RV was in pristine condition, well equipped and easy to use for those not accustomed to living on the road. The staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Friendly employees, taking time for customers. Beautifull RV, with every luxery you need. Short lines with canadream, wich we didn't have to use. We have had a great time in Canada!

Flexibility is hard to find at this company. Upon arrival, the coffee machine was not available (ordered in March). After half an hour of complaining, they finally gave us a demo machine. If you're coming from Europe, you have no options to arrange anything; everything is new. We were given a brand new camper. We had a leak in the sink and in the shower, the air conditioning kept blowing, couldn't be turned down when the temperature was reached, and on day one, the water hose already needed replacing. No receipt, no refund. Oh well, we already knew what to expect. One-way service Canadream can fail, but we have to pay. And a real disadvantage is that you are not allowed to use the sun blinds, especially with temperatures around 30-32 degrees. They do not offer an umbrella. So, no more trips with these friends. The linen package is per person instead of per couple when you book for two. And the towels are white. Always handy at the campsite. The kitchen set was new, so I had to wash it twice before it dried. You don't want that on holiday. It's a shame that there was no understanding whatsoever from Canadream.

We received a new RV and enjoyed it very much. The service in the Toronto office was perfect.

It starded when we picked up the camper van.. People where nice and helpfull..
We got the right information on video but also on paper so we could look up information when nessecerry
The campervan was very comfertable, we enjoyed riding and camping with it,
We did not had any problems along the way

Good customer service, locations, and good quality RV fleet.

Pick up and drop off was super easy and efficient. RV was clean and ready to go. No complaints!! Had a great time camping in the deluxe van!!

Great equipment! Amazing truck camper was a little hard to get in and out of but overall experience was good

The only two issue I have is that the cars are a Ford-model with too much steering wheel play, especially with side-winds, and that it wasn't clear our payment for WiFi was only for the access to a mobile device and we had to buy a data-plan on top of that.

Company and staff where very professional and friendly, even with our issue with the water pump (had the no-liability package). Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Speed, Quality, Customer friendly

Perfect team, very competent, friendly and helpfully. The motorhome was in top conditions.

The RV was great, brand new and with some saw dust here and there and some small adjustment problems with doors and locks, was a great RV.
The responds from the customers department was great and fast.
The picking up proces was very good, we were to early but that was no problem, the lunch brake was paused to help us. Verry nice and impressive.
One point was a disappointment, we reserved a DVC because of the good experience we had with it, but that was changed a few days before pickup, with a SVC. Nice but big end a bit difficult to handel, but OK.
But the fuel expenses were extreme and we had not anticipated on that. We spend $700 on fuel for 2.000 km and double of what the DVC.
