Somehow it won't let me give 5 stars. The vehicle was delivered clean and fully prepared. There wasn't any issues with the vehicle.

We did the online check-in and there was not too much to do other than go around checking for unrecorded damage and get familiarized with driving the vehicle. Took about 30 minutes before we could leave. The vehicle came with only 1/4 tank of fuel but that worked out well for us as filling up a full tank in Brampton turns out to be the cheapest fuel price along our route to North Bay, Ottawa then Montreal, where we returned the vehicle.

Great overall experience! Tim and his crew in Toronto were wonderful - from pick-up to drop-off. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle was new and spotless. This was my 5th time renting from Canadream, and will be back for another adventure!

Staff was knowledgeable and supportive - from booking to checking in and returning the RV.

A beautiful camper, drove nicely, but unfortunately I didn't receive any response to my questions by email.

Our experience with Canadream was fantastic. The pick up of the vehicle and the drop off were very simple and stress free. Our 1 week trip was soo amazing. Affordable pricing, the vehicle performance was outstanding in all areas and I would recommend using the Canadream service to anyone. In fact I already have. The only downfall I would have to say is, it would be nice if they had more locations. For example I picked up in Brampton, Ontario which in our case is on the other side of the city which is a bit inconvenient. Would have been nice to pick up in the east end of Toronto. The Durham area would be perfect for a location. However after to talking to a couple of managers I understand why they are placed where they are.
From myself and my family I personally thank everyone at the canadream team and especially to those at the two locations (Brampton, Ontario and Rocky View Alberta) that we dealt with.

Markus took a lot of time during the handover and explained everything to us. He even spoke German and was an incredibly genuine and friendly guy. The return process was also extremely easy and straightforward.

All in all, we were absolutely satisfied – from the booking to the drop-off. That’s what makes a vacation truly enjoyable!

Great RV, staff always took phone calls quickly, I drove that RV 9000km in two weeks with no issues.

The whole experience was Amazing. The staff, the RV. We had everything we could need and even things we didn't need. The beds were made.. we didn't even have to do that. We had a little issue with the radio before we left and because they couldn't fix it, they took it out and put in a new one. The RV was great on gas. I can't say that we had one bad issue. We can't wait to go again.

We recently rented an RV from CanaDream for a full month (four weeks), and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service we received was outstanding—friendly, professional, and truly customer-focused.

From the moment we started planning, the team at CanaDream was accommodating and easy to work with. We had originally booked our RV for April but later needed to move our trip to May, and they made that change smoothly. We also had a few adjustments to our reservation along the way, and each time we called, the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient—always taking the time to answer our questions and address our concerns.

Before booking, we stopped by the Toronto location to see the RVs in person. We were fortunate to meet Tim, who was absolutely fantastic. He walked us through the different RV options, explained the features, and was incredibly friendly and approachable. His great attitude and helpfulness played a big role in our decision to go with CanaDream.

The online booking process was also very easy and clear to follow. We appreciated the early booking discounts, and when we changed our travel dates, they made sure we still received those same savings—something we really valued.

Pick-up day was also a positive experience. The RV was clean and ready, and the team took the time to walk us through everything in detail so we felt confident starting our trip. Over the course of four weeks, we drove over 10,000 kilometers across five provinces (Canada), and the RV performed beautifully—no issues at all.

Returning the RV was quick and hassle-free, and we received our deposit refund within a few days. Every interaction with CanaDream, whether on the phone or in person, was warm and professional. Their customer service and care were truly top-notch, and it’s clear they genuinely want their customers to have a great experience.

We are already recommending CanaDream to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

Trip and motorhome worked out great. Only issue was either we received the tv with half full black tank or it was a faulty sensor. Also couldn’t use windshield wipers when raining as it would just make it unable to see out windshield. Definitely needed replacing

Nice people, nice RV. We rented a 22' RV for NFLD. Good choice, had lots of power for those hills- learn how to use the 'tow mode'- great feature. Bed was good, we brought all of our bedding and pillows and never had a bad sleep. We would recommend this unit,,, but we rented it, because we were thinking of buying this RV. It is not our style of camping, so we are so glad we spent the money to rent. We will rent a smaller, different, unit again from DreamCanada. Before we buy

more personal explanation and together view camper before departure instead of just go and see if it is okay. In location Halifax staff is much friendlier and they also offer you coffee and receive you personally. In Brampton for our 2nd camper tour of our holiday that was really below standard

Truck camper was in very good condition, almost new.

got a brand new RV and new car seats for the kids. everything worked perfectly in the RV and also during pick-up and drop-off, friendly staff!

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience. We had a bit of difficulty reaching anyone through the Auto Trader ad but, once that was addressed, first with the Calgary office & then in Brampton, it was a very smooth process to obtain our RV. We are very grateful to Suraj Kaluarachchy for his professional, caring manner, & for all his assistance & concern for our trip back home with our new to us Coachman Beyond 22C. We christened our RV soon after we got it by tearing the AC unit off by going under a concrete awning. Suraj made arrangements for us to visit the Mirabel, Quebec location to have the damaged unit weather sealed until we could have it replaced back home. Both Suraj & the gentleman in Mirabel went above & beyond to help us & we are so grateful for this. I would highly recommend Canadream to anyone thinking of renting &/or purchasing from this company.

Overall, the service was good, the staff were friendly, and any issues that arose during our four-week vacation were handled professionally.
Here the issues during my journey:
1) When we picked up the vehicle in Toronto, the battery was weak and failed at 3 a.m. on the first night when we were parked. We had to return to the rental station. This could have been prevented by maintenance (battery load test).
2) The door lock on the living cabin is very fiddly and sticks; the key broke off. What is really an issue if you can't enter the living cabin anymore. A spare key or a better lock would certainly have been useful here. 3) The provisionally repaired refrigerator door fell off its hinge when opened after two weeks and we were left holding the handle. The station in Halifax provided us with exemplary assistance, even though it was very busy, thank you for that.

The pick-up and return went smoothly, and there was even German-speaking staff.
So overall my rating is good with some potential for improvement.

When we checked in, we only received some important information after asking another staff member — it would have been helpful to get all the details right away.
On the positive side, we received a brand-new motorhome, which was a great surprise and made our stay very comfortable.
