Quick and easy
Both check in and check out processes were quick and easy. The RV was in excelent condition and all the video and printed guides were very helpful for a first-timer RV renter.

Friendly staff with know-how to prepare you for an unforgettable RV holiday
This was our first experience with Canadream and it certainly won't be our last. The people of Canadream take the time to make sure you understand everything about the RV you're about to drive for the next weeks. They stress the importance of road safety: the RV is big, wide, high and heavy. "You're an elephant. Elephants are slow." We liked the metaphore. And it's so great to explore Canada in an RV. For anyone who worries about the size of the vehicle: you are unlikely to run into a lack of space on the road or on parking lots. Many other vehicles are actually a lot bigger than yours. We loved everything about Canadream.

Our most enjoyable trip in years
Our experience from start to finish was just spot on..... OK where to start
Like my booking mistake i botched, they corrected for me and changed dates, no problem.
Pick up was easy , concise, professional, and our lady was especially amazing, as due to my complete incompetence , and am unable to put in writing but trust me she basically saved our holiday and found a work around that no other company would have helped like that.
Vehicle was easy to drive even if it was my first time driving a RV on the wrong side , immaculate, and smelt new.
Upon return was easy and hassel free, no dings , no dents, just 1 KM over our allowance so waiting to see if i get charged the 47 cents LOL.
We did pay the extra to drop and run, so they clean and empty so I guess that was well worth it making it easy squeezy.
We loved Canada and the people and will defo be coming back but for much longer so to be able to go further around.

Five 🌟. Canadream Toronto helps us and fix things inside our Camper Van Deluxe. We start at Montreal Canadream. Then special thank at Toronto Canadream. They helps us twice. And give us a perfect RV. Clean, reliable, knowledgeable staff
Reliable RV. Ease to drive, knowledge and pleasant staff.
Some hidden fees, like paying for pick up and drop off not during "free times."
But renting this RV, Class C, has helped us decide on purchasing one for retirement.

Love everything about Canadream
The person who helped while picking up was super helpful and knowledgeable and the lady that helped us during our drop off was nice too. Overall, this location has the best employees and they will go out of their way to help you especially if you are new to this experience!

So happy our first ever RV trip was with Canadream
First time RV renters here, we really loved our Canadream experience! We booked online, then after we booked we had some questions and received excellent support via email, the customer service is really appreciated! The very kind lady helping us at the Brampton office made our day, she took time, was so friendly, we could ask all our questions during the walk through we booked. I forgot your name I'm sorry, but I loved your nails and your kind smile ;) we hope to be back soon and will definitely book again! 10/10 experience for us, Thank you!

Fantastic experience
Easy reservation process, helpfull staff and brandnew campervan (54 kms).
The only problem for us was not to be able to make the final payment by credit card via a link.

Great Experience!!!
We had such a great experience already using Canadream! We were helped by Markus today in Toronto who was extremely nice and helpful, he had great customer service! Not only did he answer every question we had but also made us feel welcomed. We were nervous going into Canadream since we booked using a third party, but this has been the best experience we’ve had. What a great experience! The staff, the RV, and the trip were all once-in-a-lifetime experiences. But we can't wait to do it again! We enjoyed ourselves so much and would highly recommend renting from CanaDreams!
