I have been able to complete the form. However, I struggled and I emailed Canopy Team for help. I got a reply of someone responding but this has not come through and yet, I get reminders to complete the form. Therefore, I put all the documents together and sent it
My employer reference was pending for over a week due to utter negligence from the Canopy staff. Once Canopy initiated contact with my employer, they asked Canopy to send information to proceed with the verification. My employer opened a ticket internally but Canopy never replied in time (2 business days) forcing the ticket to be closed. Then Canopy replied after 3-4 days which created another ticket and they again didn't reply in time so that ticket was closed. They have never provided the information my employer has asked them for and only sent emails to open the ticket.
I was asked to provide some information that I provided in an hour when it was originally asked. But they never saw my reply and asked for the information again the next day. This has happened numerous times!
Moreover, they lied to my rental agency that I or my employer haven't responded when in fact its their arcane and messed up systems that don't function properly.
I don't think Canopy is in any position to work as a reference agency.
Very straightforward to use, so very happy. Everything joined up nicely.

Terrible service, and I'll never rent a property partnering with Canopy again. Fast customer service response but repeated mistakes made checking my documents and savings, they ask you to provide more proof of income than you have when getting a mortgage or a personal loan which is very odd. They make a lot of mistakes and their reference passport is so hard to fill out. After three weeks of solidly spending two or three hours a day on it it's finally sorted but ive never known such invasive referencing procedures. They also make decisions on your behalf about how much rent you can afford without asking anything about your outgoings. In my case they understimated what I could afford by £300. 1/10 would not reccoment anyone partner with this company or that anyone rents through a landlord using it.
It was easy to enter information and it provided solutions for what could not be provided.

The process was fairly painless and intuitive, however, the ID verification process failed numerous times with the app (iOS) and website crashing completely, forcing me to install the IDNow iOS app to complete the verification.
Katy in support was able to override the linear thinking of the AI so that we could fill in the passport using common sense on human problems that a computer could not compute. The linear thinking of the AI is lengthening the process raising stress levels and prolonging the outcome. Not helpful when moving.Katy was able to clarify and support us
