Update: I recently received the necessary part. It definitely took longer than it should have but they did follow through . The machine works perfectly now.
* I purchased a $6000 machine with components that do not work. After trouble shooting emails and “training” I was made aware that a necessary plug was missing and they would send it to me. Now and after months of waiting. I was sent an email with return instructions. Returning this useless machine will be both complicated and costly.

Under normal circumstances, Trustpilot review invitations are automatically triggered by our system once an order meets certain conditions. The whole point of this setup is to invite as many customers as possible, and it’s not based on whether someone is happy or unhappy.
That said, cases like yours can happen — where a customer simply doesn’t receive the invite. Common reasons include (but aren’t limited to):

Shipping is way too slow
Shipping is way too slow. I just ordered a smaller item from Canta to test out the process and it took weeks. During that time I discovered the same item on both Amazon and Alibaba for about 50% of the price.

Honestly Amazed & Excited
Let me be 100% honest here. I have never purchased a machine with this kind of price tag that I couldn't first touch, examine, and use. I looked up as much as I could about Canta and the various machines they sell, and that made me willing to take the chance. For anyone on the fence, be encouraged that you will be working with a professional and attentive company, a company who still believes in customer service and after purchase support.
From originally purchasing the machine to the final training to operate it, the customer service at Canta were with me all the way. The short delay in shipping (1.5 weeks) was explained before I even knew there might be a delay. Christine answered every email within 24 hours (unless it was a weekend when she emailed me back as at the latest 50 hours from my email).
When you receive a eslim upgraded machine, be aware that it is heavy and will be packed in a custom shipping crate. Inside the shipping crate is a modified heavy equipment chest on wheels. Inside that chest, and well protected by high density foam, is where you will find your machine and all its accessories.
A few days before my machine arrived, I got an email from Canta with the operating instructions and a manual for attaching the paddles and Accessories to the machine.
Its operation and use is easy once you have gone through training and read the manual a couple times (its a small manual).
As for its use and efficacy, let me tell you that it is worth every penny. I wish I would have bought this sooner; it really is a sculpting machine. My wife's abs have developed noticeable definition after only 4 treatments. As for me, I haven't had any massive changes yet, but I'm noticing a definite increase in core strength.
Also, the pelvic seat attachment works out those muscles in unique and effective ways.
So in a nutshell, buy it and be diligent in your use of this machine. It will help you achieve your desired bodily goals.

Not happy, it doesn't work
It's so low energy feeling. After using their cavitation machine several times on myself (on the maximum level) I see no results. I followed all the directions carefully, drank a lot of water also. Unfortunately I can't use this on my customers and I definitely don't recommend it.

Very unhappy and frustrated
The liquid from the hydrafacial leaks out the sides of the tip and all over the customer's face. So frustrated, I tried many times to fix and it's not fixable. If you are a new spa like ours I strongly advise do not buy this company's hydrafacial.

Your unit is a desktop model; for desktop systems immediate setup tips:
1. Increase the vacuum (suction) slightly. A stronger seal between the tip and skin prevents side leakage.
2. Reduce the fluid output a notch. Aim for a fine, steady stream rather than a heavy flow.
3. Keep the tip flat and glide slowly. Maintain consistent contact and avoid rapid back-and-forth passes that can break the seal.
4. Check consumables and seals. Replace O-rings/seal rings and the tip if worn; ensure all bottle caps and tubing connections are firmly tightened.
5. Start “high suction + low flow,” then fine-tune upward on flow only if the skin appears too dry during passes.
Most operators find that this “more suction, less fluid” balance prevents runoff onto the client’s face while still delivering an effective cleanse and infusion.

Invalid specifications, let's get real
I don't like to make negative comments, however I think people should know that the specifications Canta Esthetics advertises are either false or dangerous (probably false for sure). Specifically they advertise on their website product page that "EMSlim" neo is 7000W. This will absolutely cause the circuit breaker to trip or worse if plugged into a 110V outlet (which they claim to configure it for if we are in USA). 7000/110 = 63.636. 64 AMPs of current required! Either they don't know much about electronics or it's data manipulation.

On our product page, “7000W” denotes the maximum peak electromagnetic output inside the applicators, not the continuous electrical power drawn from a 110–120V wall outlet. In practical terms:
The system uses a charging stage (power supply + capacitor bank) that draws a modest, limited input from the outlet.
That stored energy is then released in very short pulses into the applicator coils, creating strong magnetic fields.
The instantaneous (peak) power during those micro- to millisecond pulses can be several kilowatts—even though the average input from the outlet remains far lower.
This is why dividing 7000 watts by 110 volts (to get ~64 amps) doesn’t describe what the circuit sees at the wall. The 7000W figure is not a continuous RMS load; it’s a peak output rating within the coil circuit. The wall sees a managed, smoothed input that is firmly within household limits.
Why this won’t trip a standard 110–120V circuit
U.S. 15A branch circuits typically support up to 1,440–1,650W of continuous load (depending on duty cycle and code). Our U.S.-configured units are designed for 110–120V circuits with current limiting and inrush control on the input stage:
The nameplate/rated input (which governs what your breaker “cares about”) is well below what would trip a normal 15A breaker.
The device uses controlled charging of capacitors and PWM/duty-cycle management, so the average input stays within specification, even while the applicator experiences high instantaneous magnetic output during pulses.
The system includes thermal and over-current protection on both the power and applicator stages, adding further safety margins.
If it helps as a mental model: think of a camera flash. You charge a capacitor slowly from the battery (low average draw), then release a very bright, very short burst of light (high peak output). The flash’s “brightness” rating doesn’t mean the battery is delivering that power continuously.
Why the industry uses a peak output number
Body-contouring/EMS manufacturers commonly describe treatment strength using a peak output figure because it correlates to magnetic field intensity at the applicator and perceived treatment performance. That said, we agree this can be confusing if it isn’t paired with the electrical input rating. We’re updating our materials to show both.

really appreciate I love the clean, sleek, and customizable device
I purchased my unit in October 2024 and received it within about 10 days. Using the device is very straightforward, and it definitely delivers a unique muscle stimulation workout. I used it 8 times in the first month and paired it with a light workout plan, moderate walking schedule, and healthy diet. After about 4 weeks, I started to notice more lines of definition in my abs (especially the obliques that are hard to train).
I plan to continue using it on a bi-weekly basis to keep my core tight. What I found interesting is that it's tough for me to go past 80% intensity—everyone's different though, because my wife was able to go beyond that sooner. So it's all about finding your comfort zone.
I also really appreciate how clean, sleek, and customizable the device is. Overall, it’s a great addition to my fitness routine.

Perfect equipment for my business. It took about 4-5 weeks for the equipment to be delivered, well packaged and undamaged. Canta provided training on the equipment they sold and great customer service for all inquiries and questions.
