Initially contacted Caple for price and availability of spare part (cartridge). Was informed that as my tap was 4 5 years old it was still under warranty and one was sent out FoC super quick!

Kaboodle arrived, but when they unpacked the new appliance, it was damaged and has to be returned. Very disappointing and we will now be without a washing machine, until a replacement is delivered.

Brilliant Customer Service. Had a couple of extractor hood lenses in a very old unit. The little clips that held them in place had failed -- poor plastic; but they were very old. Found the discontinued parts on line but were extortionate for just these little pieces of plastic. I emailed Caple Customer Service and depite the fact that they were from a very old model they are sending me the parts Free of Charge! Abso brilliant. Gives one faith in humanity. One company that knows right from wrong. To be recommended.

It was very easy to identify the spars I needed on their website, ordering process was straightforward and delivery was very fast. I did contact them by email to ask a question about the delivery and they were very efficient with the response.

My Caple tap developed a leak but was outside the five year guarantee period. I ordered a service kit which arrived promptly but had to pay £9.99 postage.
The tap consists of both a filtered water and hot/cold supply so I set about replacing both sets of valves. The hot/cold tap is a twist and tilt type with hidden grub screws so I sought advice from Caple's customer service. The enquiry form was not working so I e-mailed the enquiry setting out precisely the tap model number and described the assistance I needed in removing both sets of valves.
Caple's response was prompt and recommended following a YouTube link. Unfortunately this was for a totally different tap so did not help.
I sent a reply back to Customer Service with a number of photographs including a parts diagram further explaining the difficulty in removing the hot/cold cover to access the valve. The reply was to prise off the cover with a screwdriver to access the grub screws. Not correct as the grub screw secures the cover and is accessed through the bottom of the cover which was clearly shown on the parts diagram and has to be removed first. I used a dental mirror and light to finally remove the screw and slid back the cover to access the twist and tilt valve.

I had a warranty claim for a warming drawer and was booked for a second visit but had to cancel due to a death in the family. I totally forgot to re book by which point it had gone out of warranty but Caple still honoured the warranty and came out the next day Fantastic customer service.

A special mention to Josh, whose cooking was fantastic – she really does wonders in the kitchen and made the visit even more enjoyable. Also a big thank you to Fiona, who is a world of knowledge and incredibly easy to do business with. Her insight into the products and the market was extremely valuable.
Visits like this really highlight the importance of strong supplier relationships and the value of working closely together.
