The product I ordered was a genuine spare part and delivered within a few days. very satisfied.

Overall the experience was great. My only concern would be that your system only allows communication by email. Sometimes it would be much easier, and more personal, if it were possible to make a quick phone call to resolve questions etc.

The fridge controller board was in stock and was dispatched the next day. It fixed the problem with my fridge, so I am very happy.

Fairly poor. Ordered 5 metre power cable. But they sent a 4 metre cable which was useless. Contacted them via email from order pages. Zero response.
Quick to dispatch products but if you send the wrong products and don't respond is very poor form

Again, it was o easy to order the parts I needed.

Puchased a Truma 240/LPG HWS to replace my old unit. Arrived promptly, experienced a manufacturing fault. Not something anyone wants, but more importantly the after sales service was fantastic, everything one needs when the issue is no fault of purchaser and basically no fault of Caravan Plus either. CaravanPlus dispatched a replacement promptly. The over all experience has been fantastic, cannot say enough to thank Caravan Plus.

My purchase was for a Nouva Mappa caravan table. It included free delivery. It was delivered quickly and was securely packaged. (It also included a bonus 12v air compressor which was promotion they were running at the time).
There were no instructions for installation, although there were instructions for adjusting top and bottom stops for elevation (which I didn't need as the factors default settings are correct for my van).
There were no mounting bolts with the kit. That aside, installation was relatively simple and several YouTube videos guided me through the process.
The new table is excellent. It is very versatile allowing the table to be moved aside when not in use to give more circulation space in the van. It also gives more positioning options when sitting at the table.

part did not fit and I was unsure before i bought it. The salesperson Mike was excellent. he was very communicative and understanding and when it did not fit, I was able to return it and get a full refund. Would definitely trust them again
