I needed a part for my Thetford fridge, Rachel sorted the part I needed quickly and shipped it out, received less than 24hrs after placing my order - I'm just about to fit the part.
1st Class Service
We have bought two new Bailey caravans from Caravan Tech in 2016 and in 2022. Despite supply challenges caused by the lockdown, we have been treated as valued customers throughout. But this review is really prompted by the excellent service afforded by John, Caravan Tech's mobile service engineer. On leaving a local caravan site earlier this week one of the tyres on the caravan blew out (pot hole - who knows?). Unable to change the wheel, we asked if John could attend. He was with us in 30 minutes and got us mobile again. He then arranged to get a new tyre and brought it back to our home and fitted it two days later. We would just like to put on record how impressed we are with the service we have received!
Poor service
We purchased our caravan from caravan tech , we had a few issues with it and the salesman Andrew blamed everyone else for the problem without even seeing them for himself, I would strongly recommend you stay well clear because as soon as they have ur money they don’t care about you

Having just picked up our new Bailey van I thought I would just put on record how happy I have been with the team, particularly Andrew who was so professional.
The whole process from beginning to end was handled beautifully.

Well what can I politely say after…
Well what can I politely say after being a customer for 40+yrs! Our caravan was booked and agreed in on warranty job for fridge freezer defect. As after all Caravan Tech are dealers and distributors for SWIFT. We own a Swift, it is a year old and as stated agreed work would be no problems. After struggling to obtain fuel ( due to current situation) and travelling 13 miles( checked on Google maps). We arrived and drove down to the service area where we were welcomed (as known customers) by the service engineers. They had been expecting us. Caravan was duly reversed and unhitched and we were told roughly about a week to do.
As we were about to exit onto main road we we're flagged down and told that the so called owner of the company Mark had refused to allow the work to go ahead.!!! Reason being we did not purchase this particular caravan from them. + Let's not forget the previous new caravan we bought off them, new awnings, chairs, extra solar panels on previous) I could go on...
Being absolutely stunned at the time as let's not forget they are agent's for Swift's reputation.
I had the opportunity to ring Mark ( said owner). Who clearly stated that they have to look after their customers ( 40+ yrs) and basically threw his toys out the pram because we had not purchased this caravan from him not for want of trying but they were unable to supply. We had even considered 8ft Bailey Grand but he's offer for part X was short £250 of what we had been offered. So unfortunately after someone saying they look after their customers...be warned. You seem to only be a customer at the time of filling his bank balance and not more years and purchase's than we have done. Just think twice before considering this level of customer service. We are now purchasing a motorhome from elsewhere.
