We purchased a personalised wedding card for our son which was posted on May 12th. It failed to arrive in time for the wedding. I have since discovered that it is being held at my local sorting office as I have to pay a surcharge on it. Card Town shipped it with insufficient postage to cover the delivery cost. Surely they know how much postage costs! Despite several emails to their customer services they have failed to resolve the problem. They have not replied to my emails. I will stick to a reputable firm like Moonpig in the future as this firm are useless.

I was looking for a Star Wars Birthday Card for my Grandson. Your site was easy to navigate and easy to create the perfect card. Fast delivery was a plus. The only wish I had was that the cost was converted to US dollars.
I know my Grandson will love it, and it will be a great keepsake!

Ordered a special card for my granddaughter who will soon be 3.
I know she is going to be delighted when she see it.
The card is just right for her.I shall be using Card Town again for my grandson.

My work colleagues and I had a photo taken in our wellies, with umbrellas for a friends 60th birthday surprise. She is treating us all to a stage version of 'Singin' in the Rain'. You turned it into a great birthday card for her and we are all thrilled with it, as we hope she will be in August.

I would definitely use these again. Card got here really quick and was of great quality.

The birthday card that I ordered arrived four days late. I'm very disappointed in Card Town service and will not be ordering again.

My son loves dinosaurs and has two of the money box's and one of the soft toys so when I I realised I could personalise a birthday card with dinosaurs on I was really happy! we were having I dinosaur theme birthday party ,decorations, cake, balloons so this was perfect !
His little face lit up when he saw his card and he loves it.

The only negative I found which is just me being picky is that there was only 1 design for his age (2) available in 2 different colours and although the card is fantastic it would have been nice to be able to pick the dinosaurs I wanted, having said that where else can you personalise a card with your child's favourite dinosaurs on? you can even choose when you want it to be sent.

Its a shame they don't have party things with these dinosaurs on as I would have bought them from here.
All in all a fantastic card and I will be recommending to friends and family.
