Excellent customer service service by Keith and other team members today. Compassionate and understanding of my needs. Discretionary approach used throughout our time spent together. No question was made to feel inadequate! Would definitely recommend to each and every one of my friends and family who need aids regardless of purpose!

Same answer as before identify school buses another set of pictures of things. Not found in England so it's rather pointless

I WOULD BUY AGAIN. It was straight forward and easy to find the thing I wanted. The photos and description of products are really good .

I found the website easy to follow and finalising payment too.
I am recently incapacitated from a severe arthritis attack so finding just what I need right now. Was a relief. Also cost was very reasonable. I will submit a further review once I start using the shower mats.

Visiting the Ipswich store my wife and I where welcomed by very pleasant staff. as it was a very hot day we where offered cold drinks [ could have had coffee or tea ] the disabled toilets, clean & fresh. Just about every thing a disabled person would need and able to try, highly recommended.

Fantastic service from Amy from the Maidstone shop. She talked us through everything from start to finish. We went in for a particular scooter but came out with a much better one. Took care of making sure it fitted me like legs & hips were aligned. Very happy customer!!

A well laid out showroom with lots of choice (air conditioning really helped ).
Very helpful staff.
Only drawback is waiting for delivery of the product - I had thought visiting the store would mean an immediate purchase.
