I enquired about a vehicle and had no contact from the dealer, when I followed up I find out the vehicle has gone. My dissatisfaction is that no one had the courtesy let me know.

If you are a new dealer do not sign up

If you are a new dealer, do not sign up with CarGurus. They will suck you dry. You cannot cancel even if you are out of a job or you no longer have the dealership. The contract clearly states that if you do not sell through CarGurus for the first few months, you can cancel. Lies, you will not be able to cancel. I have sold my cars through my website and other platforms, but not through CarGurus. 400 payment every month. Thieves.

Thank you for replying. And no, you are not sorry because I called and called and sent emails explaining my financial situation, but Cargurus never showed any remorse. All y'all care about is money. My business is closed, yet I'm still paying 400 every single month. If I even sold anything through Cargurus, I wouldn't be this upset.

The Bot is just not working

Attempted to schedule test drive send emails voice messages texts, and absolutely no response. They bought kept chatting with me asking him about all my information over and over again, but the dealership never got any of this information and the vehicle was of course sold when I got there.

ARMANS AUTO HOUSE.I AM A LONG TIME CUSTUMER FOR CAR GURUS AS A DEALER PARTNER ADVERTISING MY CARS THRU THEM. I HAD A AGREEMENT FOT ABOUT $2060 PER MONTH AS LONG AS I DONT PASS 110 CARS IN MY INVENTORY.
THEY ARE TRYING TO RAISE THE FEE EVEN THOUGH I ONLY HAVE ABOUT 60 CARS IN MY INVENTORY. THEY ARE CLAIMING I GET TO MANY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. IT DOES NOT MATTER WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT. DEALERS STAY AWAY TRY CARFAX OR TRUE CAR.

The dealership where this Honda cvr is…

The dealership where this Honda cvr is located, sold me a car,I brought it back. To be unfunded. They told me it couldn't be done. The ice we had where my car was parked feel from roof and totaled it. 1st payment not made. Now the dealership won't give me the Ford back. Call bank they would of unfunded.
