Texted from the add, sent the vin number and a screen shot of the car.....they still couldnt find what car i wanted. If its that hard to find the car i cant imagine how they could find financing. Mite be simpler if i just sell myself the car and save them all the work

Excellent service

Excellent service. Answered every question I had about the car I was interested and even took in the fact that communication from dealer needed to be thru or email as I currently have pneumonia and talking makes me cough

Never buy a car from that dealership

Never buy a car from that dealership, no matter what. I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Camry from this dealer. While the car is very nice, I later discovered it had been in an accident and listed at an auction, information that was not disclosed. The CarGurus listing also stated “0 reported accidents,” which is misleading and omits material facts that a dealer is legally required to disclose.

I strongly advise prospective buyers to always check the VIN on Google and reputable sites like the NICB before purchasing. This experience has been stressful and required involvement of regulatory agencies and legal advisors. I hope my review helps others make informed decisions.

Price baiting from dealers

This is a great resource to quickly find vehicles. However most dealers on here do not seem to be fully transparent with pricing. Lots of prices listed seem to be a way of baiting customers to reach out. Once you do make contact, the price isn’t what’s posted. They claim “mandatory dealer ad ons” that “can’t be removed” when actually quoting real price. Super frustrating when you have a loan in hand with a specific budget and payment in mind.

Giving 3 stars because haven’t recieved…

Giving 3 stars because haven’t recieved a response yet. Emailed through this site as well as directly with the dealer. Dealer has good reviews so not sure what is going on. Tried the text option thought it would go directly to the dealer instead it was a “chat” with cargrus and they sent info to the dealer 🤷‍♀️ found the car in the 8th and requested information it’s now the 13th and I’ve heard nothing. I get responses that they have received the i formation and will contact me
Shortly. It’s been days.
Looking for used cars is stressfuand overwhelming enough. Contact with live person would be great.

Inadequate bot & subpar customer service

I saw a vehicle online that I wanted to buy. Called -- Couldn't get through. Messaged -- Got a bot. Asked the bot to have someone call me. The bot then supposedly transferred me to a human [who continued sending texts 😒]. Asked the supposed human to call me -- they didn't. Instead asked for my e-mail.

They some decent cars

They some decent cars. But the mileage and prices don’t match the vehicles.they vehicles that are reasonably priced have issues. Minor issues are fine but transmission issues are not a good thing!

Love the filters

Love the filters, only thing I would like to see added is ability to flag wrong listings like when vehicles are listed as a Manual transmission but are actually automatics.
