Very fast response and excellent customer service, one of my all time favorite brands

Ease of ordering, slick delivery.

This returning customer will not be returning.

I placed an order online, for an outfit for graduation. Only 1/3 items turned up, I knew straight away by the size and weight of the box that it only had part of my order in it. I reached out to customer service asking, when the rest would be arriving and they have now launched an "investigation" as "everything should have been in the box". I have done everything I can to help assist them with the investigation, I have sent pics, I have weighed the box with the one item in it and sent pics of that and the weight shown on the postage label, I have contacted UPS who have then sent me back to Carharrt WIP customer services.

However, Carhartt WIP customer services refuses to refund my money/send me my items that I have paid for or answer any of my questions regarding a solution.
They have said it will take up to 4 weeks, in that time the event I wanted the items for would have passed and the items which were in the sale may then be sold out.

So I am currently waiting up to 4 weeks for them to "investigate". Meanwhile they have taken my money not provided the goods or any clarity on a solution, I don't know where the items are and what else I can do to assist them.

What is the solution here? This is the worst and most frustrating customer service I have ever experienced.

I've bought from carhartt-wip multiple times. Never had any issues. The quality of the clothes is great. I've also returned orders multiple times without any issues.

Really nice quality clothes. Great costumer service and fast shipping.

As a regular customer who exclusively wears the Carhartt brand, I have mixed feelings about writing this review. While I consistently appreciate the quality and style of Carhartt WIP products, one persistent issue undermines my overall experience: late deliveries.

The delays are primarily due to their Europe-based warehouse. If you are expecting a quick turnaround on items, my advice is to plan weeks in advance and be prepared for potential delays. Despite this inconvenience, the products themselves remain exceptional and worth the wait.

The employees in the Cannock outlet store that served us Saturday , were rude and disrespectful they had no time for us when we were making the purchase I returned to the store to return the item where they stated that we were unable to return anything due to company policy. I explained why I wanted to return it and she said she was the manager and was there on the day i never saw her at the time we were there , either way she couldn’t do anything unless it was faulty I pointed out that there was a pull as small as it was on the item in question but apparently it was not deemed faulty enough then to issue me with a refund and her head office would “kick her head in” great turn of phrase but I would avoid in all honesty purchasing from this company they don’t care about customers just the money they can squeeze out of you not at all impressed the way you treat customers I had great service from all the other stores at the outlet today and parted with a lot of money but needless to say we won’t be wanting any more products from a dishonest company like carhartt

This company use UPS to deliver their products. Its a totally incompetent delivery service. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a shirt. UPS have apparently tried to deliver the item 3 times but I have been home on 2 of those occasions and definitely no attempt was made. UPS are also incredibly difficult to get through to and actually speak to someone.

I like the brand and its style. The size finder works perfectly for me.

The jacket is a great fit. First time I’ve purchased from Carhartt. Will definitely do it again.

Been wearing Carhartt for many years & seen the women's utility wear go from strength to strength. Good range of sizing & they are now catering for those of us who are 14/size L plus.

I had an issue with an order so I reached out to the customer service team and they were very helpful! They provided a generous solution and always replied quickly and with detailed information.

Turned up quickly and great product.

Item easy to order from website and delivered when promised.

I asked for a change of a component that broke on my Carhartt bag some weeks after the purchase ; they answered me rapidly and send a change with everything free . Overall an amazing customer support experience

Not great, very delayed actually shipping the item

Just to warn you, if UPS loses your package, CARHARTT WIP will simply cut you off. You will lose time, money, and nerves.
You will have no leverage to resolve this situation, Carhartt WIP will send you to UPS, and vice versa. None of them want to be held accountable for their mistakes.

My Complaint was rejected allegedly because of insufficient description of the item.(they have all the information, track number, cost, shipper's name, etc). And they will not let you fill out a new complaint and refuse to refund.

As the owner of my own small brand, I am always responsible for the delivery of my products.

Why isn't Carhartt responsible for choosing a delivery service? Why is he not responsible?
