Used it once to get the info on my new car. Accidentally didn’t see the 7 day trial before being charged the monthly amount. Contacted their customer services via email to cancel as I don’t need the service to be ongoing. Jenny kindly assisted me to sort out the issue and to stop any payments being taken again/attempted today also. Jenny was reactive, professional and helpful. I would recommend this honest service to anyone. Thank you :)

Worst car checker, no help available, locked me into a subscription!
Gave me the least useful history of my vehicle, and my account verification link says it has expired even though I have just received it, meaning I cant sign into my account and cancel the subscription. Contacted the help email and still haven't received a response. I'm scared that they are going to continue to charge my account

Official complaint
Another week has gone and still no refund on my account. When I’ve contacted my bank, the company declined my dispute, even I’ve got so many emails as a prove, confirming that my refund was processed. I’m not going to leave it like this and loosing £66 for absolutely nothing. I’m again officially asking you to sort out this issue and send me my money back.

"sample" vehicle check generates expensive monthly cost.
Gives "sample" vehicle check, needs to be verified using your credit card.
This continues into a subscription 10 times the first sample even though no vehicle request are done.
In my case the vehicle checkup didn't generate anything except the free information being available online.
I know this motorcycle was involved in an accident in the USA and was cashed in by the insurance company, sold at an auction and exported to Sweden.
Carjudge couldn't show any information regarding this.
Don't use their services without knowing the high monthly cost for a maximum of 4 checkups that doesn't even generate the full vehicle information.
