Huge prices for products and labor, total lack of communication and assistance after the contract ends, insufficient and unqualified staff. Regardless of the value of the contract, at the end of it they don't even answer the phone if you need maintenance. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this company as possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the shop and the same applies to the fitters who laid 3 carpets in no time at all and made useful suggestions regarding the fiddly bits ! Thanks !

After sifting through countless carpet samples and consulting a textile expert, I became certain that a natural‑fibre carpet was the only choice for my stairs. I finally discovered the ideal one in just the right hue: the Cormar Malabar Two Fold in Balm. But as anyone who’s been to Iceland knows, local pricing can feel like a bad joke. The salesperson explained that the carpet would need to be specially ordered and estimated the cost at around £110–£123 per square metre to import it. That was simply beyond my budget.

Determined, I explored the option of sourcing it directly from the UK. A brief online search led me to Carpets And More — unlike other stores I contacted, they promised international delivery. I reached out and was lucky to connect with the exceptionally kind and helpful Eloïse. I paid for 28 sq m of carpet plus shipping all the way to my home in Iceland—and everything went exactly as hoped. The carpet was delivered to my door at no extra cost beyond the quoted transport. It arrived beautifully packaged, completely intact, and even included a detailed care‑guide from Cormar.

Now that the carpet has been laid, I couldn’t be happier. I think fondly of Eloïse and the other team at Carpets And More, whose assistance made this smooth and pleasurable experience possible. If any of them ever find themselves in Reykjavík, I would be delighted to buy them a drink and share a chat. My dream carpet now graces the stairs—soft, warm, and even more beautiful than I dared hope. Last, but not least, The difference in price was enough to cover the cost of the carpet installers — my transaction with Carpets And More ended up saving me a substantial amount.

Very easy company to deal with….. we’ve had three carpets from carpets and more now. All top quality and very easy to deal with. On the last order we received the wrong carpet (not carpets and more’s fault as I believe it came direct from manufacturer)…… we informed Eloise who in turn got Akram involved. Both were very keen to resolve the issue and it was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We were given a few options to sort the issue…. No quibbling….. just keen to get it rectified.
Would certainly recommend. Always a good sign when a company is pro active in sorting out an issue.

Great communication and having found I had measured incorrectly shortly after placing the order this was amended alongside a refund even though I did not ask for this. Great doing business with this company.
Furthermore very timely dispatch and extremely helpful on delivery with the driver contacting me 30 minutes before their arrival, helping by putting the carpet in the garage.

Very professional people … gave some really good advice before I ordered them handled the delivery incredibly responsibly …3 emails with updates until delivery.

I was ordering for a pensioner who had ordered a berber carpet locally for his lounge at £32 per meter. He couldn't afford the rest of his new flat to be carpeted, until I found Carpets And More. Their cost is £16 per meter for the exact same carpet. I ordered carpet along with better quality but cheaper underlay, door trims etc. He now has the whole of his new flat carpeted.

Good prices for carpet and underlay, considerably cheaper than carpet suppliers down south. Would be five stars but delivery arrangements leave a lot to be desired.
