Faulty carpet. No response. Had to get redress via credit card company.

There was a problem with the delivery as it was being sent to the Highlands but Akram and Jason sorted it out most professionally. They were helpful and informative and when the carpet did arrive, due to very secure packing, it was still in perfect condition. Would highly recommend this company.

First time ordering carpets online and it could not be made easier with Carpets and More. My carpet was price matched, delivery was super quick and the customer service was second to none. I wish all businesses could offer this extremely high level of customer service and communication. Thank you Jason and Akhram.

The team are very friendly and helpful. Prices are good and they go out of their way to find the carpet you want if you have seen something elsewhere. Slight problem with our order this time, we asked for delivery in April which they said wasn't a problem but the underlay arrived 5 days ago and we now have to try and find somewhere for it over Easter with the family here

Everything was handled professionally from placing the order, to keeping me aware of the delivery and the delivery on the day.

Ordered and delivered within a week and that included an amendment to the original order. Very helpful and professional from sales to the delivery

Good communication and very good price. Delivery of samples took 5 days but actual carpet arrived in good time and was good quality. Delivery was by one man and the carpet was a two man lift , 7.2m x 4m. Fortunately we had some willing helpers but it needs consideration and planning

There was a problem with the delivery arriving damaged but Carpets and Moore dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently by replacing the order to my full satisfaction

Good company selling quality products at competitive prices. There was an issue with the delivered product and Akram and his team did their best in finding a solution to my satisfaction. I am happy to recommend them. The only thing I would suggest to them is to improve their website as it appears to be too slow and doesn't appear to work properly.

Akram and the team bent over backwards to get us replacement flooring when we had been let down. Will definately recommend this company!

Jason and Akram were both always very helpful, communicative and generally great to deal with. They seem to have a very wide range of quality products available and what always turned out to be the best prices I could find online.

What a great company... From chatting to the guys at customer service to Andy who delivered my carpet they made it easy and stress free. Delivered when they said they would and kept me informed all the way. The price was great and the service excellent. I won’t go anywhere else for carpet in the future.

I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Carpets & More. The manufacturer made a mistake on the colour of one of the carpet rolls that I ordered. Akram was able to push the manufacturer to deliver another roll to me, instead of producing a new roll from scratch, saving a lot of time. Throughout my interactions with Akram, he came across as efficient, knowledgeable, professional.

We paid for some samples to be sent to us. We then had an email to say these had been discontinued and our money would be refunded. This was 6 weeks ago and our money had not been refunded and all emails to chase have been ignored. It is only a small sum of money but the point is we have paid for something we haven't received. Very relieved we have not bought any flooring from this company!

Two friendly guys kept us updated on their exact time of arrival and did a great job of cleaning our sitting room, stairs and landing. Our 15 year old carpets are now clean and stain free and look like new. Great job lads! Highly recommended
