Disgusting service! This company is a scam do not order from them

Items not even delivered, avoid

I ordered the coat on 5/2/2026. Nothing is received till 9/3/26.
No valid track number.
Not responding to my email.
I threw 100 GBP in air.

No goods received. E.mails not accepted so can't chase up.

This company offered a cashmere sweater which was paid for and never delivered. Please never buy anything from this business. Also never accept EVRI as a delivery option as they are in league with the scam.

Its rubbish the coat is awful and not whatb it looks like in the photos. I am now trying to get a refund but looks like I cant do that please don't order from them.

Absolutely disgusting quality, didn't even look like the photo on the website. It went straight in the bin. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER

Ordered 2 items from this site 3xweeks before xmas. Firstly they didnt arrive until Jan 2026. They had also sent the wrong sizes. When i emailed them it took 2 dqys forva responce. They said i coild either have a 15% value refund and keep the item or pay £9.90 postage for a new item. I aregued that it was their mistake and shouldnt pay anything. They then agreed and said to choose another item to the same value and let them know. So i did and since then it has gone completwly quiet. Emailed them a couple of times again for an ilup date and no responces at all. Also the quality of the items are no good. No lables inside them and no washing instructions at all. Really there are better sites out there than thes jokers. Do not use. Do not trust and go somewhere else. Everything is shipped from a slow boat from china.

I ordered a bright blue Nathan jumper in X-LARGE. I waited about 10 days and when I asked about delivery they referred me to an app which said delivered. I told them it hadn’t. They came back to me a few days later saying for some reason it hadn’t left the country. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. They said they never cancel orders and never refund money. About a week later a parcel arrived. On opening it there was a jumper in pale blue, not the colour I ordered but more importantly the X-Large jumper measured just 34 inches instead of the 40-42 as per their size chart. I contacted them and they said I had to return the jumper to China at my expense. I told them I would seek redress from my credit card company and then they blocked me. DO NOT ORDER from this company they are just scammers.

Ordered 'suede' jacket which duly arrived and had clearly been misrepresented. The label inside side stated quite clearly 100% polyester. It has proved impossible to contact company re a return, despite their 'refund policy'. Emails bounced back, telephone number is unusable, and no response to online messages via their website. How is this legal in UK?

Their address is listed in Sweden. Does their government have no legitimate recourse for scammed customers?

DREADFUL! Based in China, email and contact information does not work. You have to pay to return. The sizing is way off uk sizes. Top recommendation do not buy from them. The product is not cashmere it is synthetic and poor thin quality.

company should stop trading and conning people. I ordered a Cashmere jumper, after long wait a polyester jumper arrived , and a promise to replace with Cashmere jumper, since the many E-Mails blocked. No responce. This company tries to make out it sells quality but it is cheap China Crap. Deal with this company at your perel.

Marketed as being Pure Merino wool but in actual fact it is cheap rubbish which took 3 weeks to arrive (from China) & looks nothing like the plush garment in the description. They won’t reply to any emails & their refund policy demands that you return it to an address in China at your own expense (£15-£25),
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The cashmere cardigans are not cashmere at all, they are cheap polyester.
Despite the website referencing providing prepaid return labels, they refuse to do so, requiring customers to pay their own return postage to China (quoted as approx £25)

Do not order from these. Website looks great and because it was a GB site I thought I was safe. But they are based out in China and clothing is not correct sizing and cheaply made. I’ve messaged them 4 times to make a return and still not received a label.

Awful. Do not use! The website looks fine but the product didn’t match the picture which was probably AI enhanced. It too 3 weeks to arrive and was no better than a cheap polyester rag. The returns address bounces back and the address to send back to in China had an estimated cost of £25 with no guarantee of reimbursement. Someone in China is getting rich off a scam business.

Still haven't received the parcel, have exchanged over 20 emails with their customer service people, they have every excuse as to why my order wasn't delivered, now they have blocked my emails ...... Carro Moda is a total scam 😒

Scam company from China, not Sweden...fake pictures of goods, not what you receive... don't reply to emails... Sent an email a day after ordering to cancel the order due to the joke of a delivery lead time which they ignored and didn't reply to, still sent the goods which are a pile of shit..

This company is horrendous the quality of the clothes is extremely poor. They send you clothes from the UK but want you to return them to China at your own cost. Usually more than item is worth. They don't respond to emails. Please steer clear of this company if you value your money & sanity.

I ordered a black cashmere sweater, supposedly from Sweden.
What arrived was a 95% polyester 5% spandex cardigan, shiny looking and very cheap. It was also blue and not black.
A total waste of money.
This is a Chinese company who are conning people. Returns are to China.
Do not get involved.
They have now replied and this is what they say, even though they shipped the wrong colour
"Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping as our policy does not provide for a return label."

In other words, they well and truly shafted you.
