If there were a zero-star option, I would choose it. All products are shipped from China and the quality is extremely poor. Although there is a return option, you have to pay at least £25 to return the item, which makes refunds unrealistic. I strongly advise against buying from this website

Absolutely rubbish company and products do not use this company

I ordered a suede jacket from this website. What finally (nearly 4 weeks later) arrived was a cheap polyester blazer. Absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to the product ordered. Email correspondence on arrival apologised profusely, & asked me if I’d like to keep the product for a further payment, which I declined. I appreciate that sometimes mistakes happen, so gave them the opportunity to send the correct product, which has not arrived. They now are ignoring all correspondence & have not refunded my money. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. DO NOT USE

This is a scam based in China not Sweden or the UK. Very poor quality goods which are nothing like the photographs and impossible to get a refund.

Steer well clear !! Ordered two "cashmere" cardigans, with a view to selecting the right size and returning the other. They are actually made from 100% POLYESTER... the company have avoided my requests for refunds or returns. Contact telephone number is a false number.

Support has purposely ignored my emails requesting a return approval and when they eventually do they advise I am now outside their 14 day return policy.
DO NOT touch this company goods received were poor quality and support don’t respond so you can’t get a refund.

I bought a coat and it was of very poor quality. I immediately contacted the company to return the coat and they initially responded but when I asked for the address for returns they no longer responded to my emails. I also have tried the customer service telephone number on the website but that doesn't work. I recommend you don't buy from this company.

Chinese rubbish pretending to be from Sweden. You have been warned. Telephone number doesn't work.

Only giving none star as can’t leave a review with nil stars! Received a blouse after waiting for a month. It was very poor quality and did not fit. I requested a refund & address to return blouse, to be told I could have 10% refund and keep blouse or they had to receive it back within 14 days from when I received it. It took 4 days for them to advise this and confirm their address in China! I didn’t think I could get blouse back to China in that time and requested 50% refund, they agreed 20%, I suggested it was a scam so now they are not replying to my emails! So no refund!!!

Very poor. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Poor delivery times. Please, don't buy from this company. It feels it is a scam.

Whilst the fit is ok, a so called suede jacket is clearly faux suede, so the description on the website is an absolute con.

Furthermore delivery took 14 days.

Horrific ! I bought a cashmere jumper....CLEARLY wasnt cashmere ! No labels inside the item to say what it was made of. Took nearly a month to arrive.

I ordered a dress for a special occasion in good time. When it hadn't arrived I emailed the company. They said that it had got lost in the post and would send another out. Still nothing arrived. Special occasion arrived and went.
Weeks later a package arrived the original as it had a lot of redirection stickers on. The dress was the wrong size anyway. I emailed the company to say that it had turned up but wasn't correct and wpuld like a refund. I sent the dress back to be signed for which it was. I have been chasing them for a refund. Now the email that they have been emailing me from.is not found. I have tried using a different email address and its still not found.

Unfortunately I read the reviews about this company after I’d ordered!
The reviews are correct. The jacket that I got was nothing like the picture on the website. Shoddy material and a totally different colour to what had been advertised. It is now going to cost me £25.00 to send back as the company says it is registered in Sweden but it is actually in China. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order as they say you can. So basically I have lost £25.00 if I ever get my money refunded - if not I will have lost £75.00. Total scam.
I hope you’ve read this before ordering.

I ordered 3 jumpers from this site nothing arrived
I tried contacting them by e mail but the emails came back saying site not recognised and no other way of contacting them
I contacted my bank who were brilliant and surpisingly the orders ariived a few days later ' howevr the quality and sizing of the garments were totally inferior to how decribed and i Have no way of contacting them regarding returns.
Please do not order from this site hopefully my mistake istop someone else from making the same one

WHERE IS MY ORDER. WHERE IS MY TRACKING. TAKE MY MONEY THEN NOTHING. IS THIS A CON COMPANY AND IF SO IT NEEDS INVESTIGATED BY GOOGLE WHO ALLOW THEM TO ADVERTISE ON THEIR SITE.

The coat I ordered arrived , it is too big( not the company’s fault) However the fabric and quality is very poor .The coat is certainly wrong for me .Even if it fit due to the quality and workmanship I would not want to keep or wear this garment .
I simply cannot get hold of the company , there appears no way you can return an item even emails to their email address comes back .The phone number I found is never answered .
I certainly will never use this company again .
Buyer beware

Received my order today after several weeks, but it is of poor quality and the sizing is totally wrong. Given previous reviews of this company, I’m not even going to attempt to get a refund as it’s not worth the bother. I will just put down to experience.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole!!!!
