Received my order today after several weeks, but it is of poor quality and the sizing is totally wrong. Given previous reviews of this company, I’m not even going to attempt to get a refund as it’s not worth the bother. I will just put down to experience.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole!!!!

I would rate this 0 if I could. Took ages to arrive then size not as stated - said 38/39in and was 35in and then would not give me a full refund or exchange. DO NOT USE THIS SITE I have lost my money.

I wish l had read these reviews! I’ve lost my money and more by paying to return the item of clothing. They state that it has to be returned in 14 days as written on their policy. BUT their policy states you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days return from the Uk. They ignored me and send the same reply. Furthermore if you are returning the item China, it’s likely to take longer than 14 days! Before they sent the email regarding the 14 day policy, l had to send a picture of the item, then proof of postage and that DPD had delivered! Then they would refund me. How strange as they had already said they had the item! Don’t believe anything they say. And no mention of a credit note either! Disgraceful. Should not be trading.

Please be aware this is scam website proporting to be based in Sweden, after researching based in a province of China. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE unless you're happy to lose money. They also use your card details for fraud. This site has now been reported to relevant online trading authorities.

Be wise and exercise much caution if engaging with this company. My order was delivered after I had left for my holiday , even though the order was made in plenty of time before my leave date. A return was refused as outside their company returns policy, even though there was no way I could have complied with it. One item was the wrong size and both were not as advertised, polyester and not the linen as advertised. A very poor service and very poor goods. BEWARE.

The order for 3 sweaters was not delivered. I have no response to my e mails seeking a refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the jumper - which looked nothing like the advertised jumper. I’m now having trouble getting a refund and am involving my credit card company.

Awful. This is the biggest con. The company is registered to Stockholm but in fact is in China. The quality of their products is dreadful. When trying to do a return it gives you an address in China with a postage fee of £25. Nothing seems to be professional or even legit about them. Their aim is to rip you off!! If only I have read the reviews before purchasing from them.

Shocking, I thought I knew better. This has to be the most blatant rip off on the internet. Great looking website which convinced me to buy from them. it is a Chinese company pretending to be something else.

Just received what was described as a good quality suede jacket. It is not suede it is 100% polyester. No named label. They should be prosecuted under the mis-description act. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They are in China not UK

They don’t communicate once the order placed and the delivery took over 3 weeks instead of 1 week.
The item received is not what they described on website it supposed to be 100% Suede jacket but it was 100% Polyester in poorly made in China.
No Carromoda Labels on the Jacket other than 100% Polyester labels inside. Emailed requesting a full refund-NO response received so far.
Please do not purchase from Carromoda, it’s a scam website ripping off people’s money by showing good photos of items with quality material descriptions but actual items received after a long period of delivery is not what you saw and read in their website. I’m still waiting for my money back but no one so far responded. Registered office address on website in Sweden doesn’t exist-Its Chinese scam website pretending to be Swedish. Stop buying from Carromoda you will cry when you receive the item that you purchased.

I ordered two men's jumpers. When they arrived àfter 15 days, not only were they of inferior quality but not the size I ordered. When I looked at the tracking information, they had come direct from China. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They have no returns policy.

I was expecting a black cashmere cardigan. I received a blue polyester cardigan. Dodgy company

Don't buy from this company. Poor quality, ill-fitting clothes which then can't be returned.

Quality of Suede jacket is it which is advertised it’s basically nylon arrives creased with packaging and when asking for a refund they offer you an exchange for a larger size
They have a returns policy which they don’t adhere to and very difficult to deal with
I will never purchase from them again and I advise AVOID at all costs

It looked like the company was based in Sweden but actually the product arrived from China.
The jacket was really cheap and not well made - the photos on the website make it look much better. I wish I'd read the reviews first!
On the plus side the tracking system was effective. That's not enough to redeem it though!

If only I’d read the reviews first! I was so pleased to find jumpers I liked… and so disappointed with the reality.. cheep looking, not at all as pictured and not in the materials shown… absolutely awful! The size guide is a joke too.
This is a Chinese company conning people into believing it is based in the UK.
I’ve emailed customer service twice and had no response. The midrange prices lulled me into a false sense of security, or rather robbed me blind with false advertising and a nonexistent returns policy.

Avoid at all costs!

Do not deal with this company, the products are of very poor quality and the customer service is a joke. Returns are supposed to be sent to a bogus address in China which would cost more than the value of the goods and only a small percentage of the original price offered as a refund. Be warned and avoid.

I ordered but tried to cancel within ten minutes, so I could catch them before processing. 2 days later they responded and said sorry its been processed already.
So I went through the lengthy waiting and finally it arrived. As I suspected it was made with a very cheap tacky material, it looked terrible. I will never wear it.
I have tried to contact them but they keep returning my email.
So I will put this down to experience but I sincerely stress,do not buy from this company. Cheap quality and nothing like the pictures. Please do not waste your hard earned money on a company that is ripping every one off with 2nd rate copies of the adverising pictures. Very annoyed and i truly hate people that make a living deceiving ,stealing, ,scamming genuine people that probably havent got money to just be stolen from. Disgusting. Just be careful. X
