Within three days from initial contact we had tried out seats and placed our order which was sent out almost immediately and delivered less than 48 hours later. I can’t recommend car seat ninja enough, the knowledge and advice that was shared was invaluable and the customer service has been outstanding from initial contact, to follow up installation and fit checks. It will be a long while before our twins outgrow their seats, but when they do we will certainly be back.

Natalie originally came to try out car seats with our son who had outgrown his seat. There were too many options online to get my head around. But trying them out in the car with our son and her knowledge made the decision so much easier. She then came back to fit the seat and show us how to do it. Since then I’ve made contact with her for advice fitting the seat in other cars and every time Natalie has given quick invaluable advice saving me time and stress. Cannot thank you enough. We would 100% recommend your service.

We have problem with the car seat and we told the person who came for installation. She ask us to make lot of tries to see why it's not working properly but it still unsolved has a problem and now we have a brand new car seat that doesn't work properly.

Another great experience with cart seat ninja! Got back in touch with CSN to get a ERF seat for my 3yo childminder car as he got closer to maxing out of the RF weight limit in her exisiting seat. Natalie at CSN was great in advising how and where to fit in the childminders van and also provided a personally reassuring touch during the process. I recommend CSN to all of my friends and family and can assure you that you wont get a better service and after sales care anywhere else!
