I received the first wholesale order a month after placing the order. On July 3rd, I placed a second wholesale order and paid $17,650. Since then, this supplier has not been in touch, and I don't know how to get my money back. Be careful!

They eventually shipped my products, which were delivered to my address 12 days after I placed my order. In the meantime, their customer service is slim to nothing. It really isn't the greatest shopping experience, but I still love the products.

Carsha is a good wholesaler and I already made good profilt from their products.

Their ingredient lists are not too accurate but I can still find some great products.

I bought a beauty machine here. It is very useful. I have been using it for about a month and I have seen some results.

I'm a fan of Jill Stuart's skincare & perfumes. They have many selections I can't find elsewhere, which is super exciting!

bought some lipsticks here, they're all very lovely.

My skin feels a lot better after trying their products, clap clap for the korean skincare.

They don't know how to pack because every time they waste so many space in the boxes...

Kbeauty products are really affordable here and I think they're genuine too. Happy to find this online store.

Found a Shu Uemura foundation from Japan on their website, really suitable to my oily skin, love it.

Carol responses promptly and is very friendly, she also sent us some extra gifts.

Honestly, Carsha has everything I need for my skincare routine, all I need is more money.

I have now ordered two items from Carsha and both are fake. I have contacted them with photos comparing them to products that I know to be genuine, as I purchased it directly from Sulwhasoo, and each are wrong.

They have not gotten in contact with me either. Sulwhasoo is an expensive brand and the discount was not that much less than buying it directly from Sulwhasoo either.

15th JUNE 2024 UPDATE
I have only heard back from CARSHA as I posted a one star review here. You can see their response accusing me the customer of not knowing where I order my products from. As stated I normally order directly from Korea so it should be the same product but both are clearly not correct products.

I've then been accused of well, you didn't complain when you got your first order. Well I ordered it in advance of needing it and before opening it I had put in an order for the Timetreasure Invigorating Lotion.

Upon opening the Invigorating Water, it's consistency was wrong. It also only smelled of alcohol. I know if these products are genuine or not as I've been using them for almost a decade now.

I've now subsequently ordered directly from Sulwhasoo in Korea and received the products. So comparing them to genuine products, the two products from CARSHA are FAKE.

But yet I am being blamed here and they are not willing to take responsibility for sending me fake products.

I think i have been scammed as i placed order early april its now 22 may and i havnt heard anything

The perfume I received is fake. I purchased the perfume from saksfifth avenue to compare. The fragrance i received from Carsha box looks of lesser quality and the fragrance itself smells like rubbing alcohol primarily.

I emailed the company and they never replied but they will refute and flag my negative review here. Very suspect.
