Terrible
I spent £1500-£2000 for 2 wholesale order in jan. i was told that the orders will get shipped before the lunar new year holidays however its 15 feb and they still havent processed the delivery. the customer service is useless.

Legit but don’t expect communication
Item was received but with little to no communication during whole process. Honestly thought it was a scam due to receiving no responses from their number/email/whatsapp until the item just appeared in front of my doorstep. The tracking number wasn’t even appearing in any database. Took a little over a month for item to arrive.

Really wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing from this company. Ordered some The Ordinary products that I haven't been able to source in NZ recently - the packaging looks correct but the product is the wrong consistency and smell. Pretty sure it's a knock-off.

Spent good $$$ on Drunk Elephant products and received some cheap cleanser i will never use. No response to emails. Do not buy from. Carsha. So disappointed 😞. I had bought items for daughters Xmas gift. Now have nothing. Scam!
