Spoke to Sarah on Monday morning and sent my Mercedes S class cluster on a overnight she rang me at 2pm on Tuesday to tell me that they were repaired and to take payment which incidentally was £100 cheaper than anybody else Absolutely fantastic service thanks

If you want honesty from a mechanic, you have it from these guys...straight up, what it is... is what they tell you.
They are highly trained and knows the craft...plus they are professionals. I've stopped going to Acura Dealers for any service on my MDX, they are the most reasonable in town.

Spoke to Sarah and made an appointment. Arrived, removed the dash cluster and handed it over. Just over an hour later had the troublesome unit back and I reinstalled it. FIXED!
All this with maximum care and attention to health and social distancing guidelines.
Now I can use the car in the dark, because it now lights up. Helps on the 0530hrs morning commute.

Pixels on my BMW 728 Radio were unreadable , contacted Cartronix and they said they could help. Took radio out and sent to them and received back 36 hrs later all fixed. What I didn't understand was that I was able to get Radio reception while the radio was out of the car and change channels on the steering wheel. Thats what I call service!!

Before sending off the instrument cluster they advised on the symptoms & likely source of fault that stopped my Skoda from starting. They confirmed my test showing that the plug was properly supplying power to what appeared to be a dead display.

So I happily paid the £160 for a three day turnaround by post & a lifetime-while-we-own-the-car guarantee.

The alternative to this DIY removal & refit process was an authorised garage's £750 estimate for a replacrment, or up to a grand at the main dealer - with a one year warranty.

Excellent. Sent off my faulty cluster on Monday, received on Tuesday, repaired and returned on Thursday working perfectly. Quicker, and cheaper than ECU Testing. Polite and helpful with good communication. Will certainly use this company again. Many thanks.

A part audi says is not serviceable.
Sent 3:30 on a Tuesday returned 3:30 on Thursday in perfect working condition with a lifetime warranty on the repair. Another thing you don’t get on a audi repair. A Most excellent company i will use again and again!

I had my instrument cluster on my transit van repaired at Cartronix today, the service was first class, their knowledge is very good, the cluster is now as good as new, with everything working as it should, I would highly recommend them,

After speaking to a Cartronix engineer on the phone and explaining the problems I was having regarding the instrument cluster on my Ford Galaxy. I removed it from the car and sent it 1st class recorded delivery on Monday at 09.30. I received a call at 11.45 am the following day to say the repairs were completed. I paid by debit card and the unit was delivered back to me at 13.00 on Thursday. Refitted to the vehicle and all the frustrating issues I was having have been eradicated. Everything now working perfectly. Fantastic service and guaranteed for all the time I have the vehicle.

I found this team to be welcoming, very helpful, efficient keen to get on and sort the problem out with my instrument cluster so that I was back on the road within the hour. My X5 cluster worked when it wanted to, it would work for a week no problems and then would stop working at anytime, for any length of time in any type of weather hot, cold, wet or dry, pack up when driving or restart when driving, BMW fitted a replacement to prove what the fault was and decided IT was the cluster but would only fit a new one so I decided to try getting it repaired Cartronix were the only cluster people prepared to try the rest had not got a clue and therefore would not take a look saying they had never heard of this problem, Cartronix said send it and we will have a look, now repaired and working fine, very grateful to them and would recommend this company to everyone, Many Thanks

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Immediate reply and booking by email. Excellent service to repair pixelation on my Mercedes and all done in an hour. My local Mercedes garage wanted to charge me over £90 just to inspect the problem! To find a company who could rectify the pixelation whilst I waited was brilliant.

My Renault Grand Espace speedo cluster died completely. To remove the whole unit from the dashboard was surprisingly easy, just two hidden screws and the unit was out. I packaged it up, sent it by Royal Mail special delivery overnight which they received at 9:25. Within the hour they had phoned me for payment as they had repaired it and I received it the following morning before 10. Reinstalled in 15 minutes it's working fine; if only other companies could achieve this brilliant standard of service! Well done, Cartronix!
