My experience with Carzuno have been very positive. The platform is so easy to navigate and the cars and pricing very transparent. The whole process was seamless, from application to delivery - I was able to get the car that I wanted and it was received at my home in a clean and well maintained condition. Their concierge service through WhatsApp is very prompt. I’ve only rented the car for 6 months as I wasn’t sure about this new platform, but it is now tried and tested and they haven’t disappointed. So much so, I will be entering a longer rental of another year. Keep up the great work Carzuno!

One Stop Shop for car leasing service. Completely hustle free to sign up and lease a car from Carzuno. Save me lots of time to go around sourcing for cars from multiple dealers. Pricing is very transparent and love the concierge support.

Stay away at all costs. I’m pretty sure many reviews here are fake- check out their Google reviews for more honest opinions.

Red flag #1 - most of the cars you ask for aren’t available. They list everything but have few cars, and mark up from other rental companies.
#2 - pushy sales tactics to close
#3 - car given to us had >70k mileage, not properly serviced. Car made a vibrating noise. We should have refused to accept it.

Tip of the iceberg: car breaks down in the middle of the road, endangering my life. They go back and forth on sending a replacement. Eventually we accept the replacement car.

After returning the replacement car, they are trying to extort more money from us. I see this is a common thread, judging from the other reviews.

Please stay away for your own sake. They are not ethical.

Carzuno is the best car rental experience I've ever had because they are so easy to work with, you can chat with them on Whatsapp and they respond quickly, they will deliver and pick up the car, and the cars are in very nice shape. They have always been very helpful whenever I had a question. Overall, a very easy and seamless experience!

Fast service, friendly staff - very impressive. It is just that the rental car is kind of old with a lot of mileage. Still, no complaint about their services!!
Additional notes - the tyres were dangerously underpressured at 25 - 27psi (supposed to be around 30, 32psi) - the break disks seem to be quite new though. I would still rate them at 4 mainly for their fast and helpful services and as this is just a 1 month rent.

Follow up was quick from Jeslyn, pleasant experience thus far considering I’m renting right before a long weekend. Unit was unavailable on the date I specified, so they checked in to see if the new dates was alright before proceeding to charge my card. I really appreciate that clarity.
