Super simple process and very happy with the car
The whole experience has been very neat from start to finish. Love the fact that everything is included in one monthly fee with Carzuno, no surprises.
I always thought it was very complicated to get a car in Singapore. Then I saw Carzuno’s ad online, found an excellent car at a great price, picked how many months I wanted to subscribe, paid online and uploaded my and my partner’s drivers licenses. All done in like 2-3 minutes. The car was delivered to our home on the day and time that I picked online upon booking. Great customer service throughout the whole process.
Overall very happy with the car and subscription experience. We get our own car but without any effort and complete peace of mind. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience on all fronts
I came across Carzuno from a referral. I liked how everything was done online - the photos, pricing, and leasing transaction. I did not expect customer service over WhatsApp to be good but it also ended up great - very fast responses, the responses answered my questions, and finally the answers were pretty fair. For example, I was asking about if I should get the extra insurance coverage and Carzuno gave a good pro's/con's analysis. After I booked my car it was delivered right on time and it was very clean, which was important to my partner. Overall I had an excellent experience with Carzuno.

Understanding, Direct, Simple
Those 3 words practically describe the whole subscription process. Special thanks to the team for understanding my budget and the type of car that I wanted, and making the whole process as smooth as possible.
They are very active in their WhatsApp replies and no cutting corners, practically explaining in detail with regards to their subscription terms and condition. All the process is done online, even the registration and verification process itself. Pick a date and time and it would be delivered right to your doorstep.
And yes, No deposit, $500 discount for the 1st-month subscription just sweeten the whole thing.
The 2018 Mazda 3 is superb! Clean inside out and polished, The price is worth it! Special thanks to Andrew and the team!
