Excellent car rental website with car specs and clear pricing. Car delivery and car return was easy too! During the 3months rental, the company has continuously provided me with help and solutions promptly whenever I have questions. I needed a car for a one-month to use Carzuno’s website was easy to use to navigate and check the cars that you need. As I wanted to know what vehicles were available, I then contacted their whatsapp concierge. It was really easy to communicate with them, a lady by the name of Jeslyn was very friendly and professional, she provided me with all the answers to my queries. I got my ride and so far it has been a wonderful experience with carzuno, Will definately recommend Carzuno to others, kudos to the team

I had to get a car for a one-month use to try and see if it makes sense for me to own a car in Singapore, as well as to travel to Malaysia now that the land border has reopened to private vehicles. Carzuno’s website was really easy to use for me to browse and select a car, with features and pricing clearly displayed. The concierge team (via WhatsApp) was also very responsive even after business hours, helping me out to confirm my requirement to get a car that allows for travel into Malaysia (incl with the VEP paperwork). Overall great experience and I’d highly recommend for anyone looking to rent a car for medium to long term.

This guy called Andrew was superb. He manage to guide me from the begining of the process till the vehicle was delivered. He also able to do some changes eventhough i had comfirm in my online booking. Great job guys. Will recommend to my friend in future. Thks Andrew....👍👍👍

Been an excellent process so far - reached out to the team and Andrew was super responsive and eager to assist. Car arrived with it stipulated timing. Updated the team on the car condition, they took note and feedback as well. So far so good!

Carzuno delivers as promised. Fast, seamless and no-complicating T&Cs. It is exactly as what’s indicated in their webpage. The car is delivered to doorstep clean and odourless. Their support team is also fantastic. Very prompt response should you ever need to reach out to them. Definitely worth considering if you plan to rent a car.
