Linda in Customer Service made the process of confirming my travel dates very simple. She was able to address my questions and she went out of her way to let me know my confirmation letter had been received.

CBE makes its customers go through so many steps to get a vacation booked! It has felt never ending and daunting - as if things wouldn’t work out. It was nice to talk to someone who was clear and made the steps simple and quick and who could confirm the trip is real and I’ve been taking the correct actions.

Linda is my customer service. She helped me closely to process my certificate validation for my trip. She called me and followed up to make sure I got my check and the signature part of the certificate matched and ready for submission. Otherwise the certificate will be rejected. Horrible representative!!! Beth was the one who called, asking me to upgrade my trip. Asking $132+30=$162 for the trip. Kept on saying that my trip to Catalina is low end motel with no air conditioning and made it sounded like a horrible place. Can't believe why Casblanca Express would put people in such a horrible hotel. When I refused to upgrade, Beth started showing attitude. VERY RUDE!!! AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!!!. Then tells me she tried to call me several times since 8/23. On 8/23, I called her back, she put me on hold and tells me she would call back that evening. Well, she NEVER called back on that day. She now tells me it is my responsibility to call her back. Making it sound as if I'm the one with the problem, because I'm refusing her offer to upgrade... And she hangs up the phone, again with rudeness!!!!! What is wrong with this company??? What is wrong with this rep??? I'll check out what they have in store and will follow-up with another review.

Linda was great! She helped me to schedule my trip to San Diego and Catalina Island. She was very resourceful in accommodating my availability. It was pleasure to do business with her.

Made a cell phone call in this week to figure out my options and speak to an actual person I’m not the best with computers, Mr. Sean helped me with my trip questions and was very courteous as well!

Called Casablanca Express with an issue i had with my certificate and had the pleasure to speak to Sean. He was very helpful and helped me resolve my issue. Thank you Sean for your kindness and help it is much appreciated.

I submitted my deposit, but forgot to submit my tax payment within the necessary timeframe due to life (kids, house projects, work, etc...) but Sean was extremely helpful and flexible and was able to ensure that my wife and I could still travel. Once again, Linda saves the world! She is seriously one of the JJ dest people I’ve ever spoken to over the phone. She is very personable and caring. Also, she a very good listener and problem solver. I have an extremely busy work life and missed the initial deadline for responding in time to take advantage of my vacation. After speaking to her she was able to pull some strings and make it to where I still had plenty of time to take advantage of this rare opportunity.

I spoke with representative Linda and she was extremely nice in helping me complete my travel arrangements. I made a mistakes on dates and she was able to quickly correct the action for me. Casablanca is so lucky to have such a caring associate working there who puts the customers needs first.

Linda was amazing. She was so patient with my crazy schedule. Being a teacher, it is tough taking off any days but she worked with me until there was a good day. We're really excited and can't wait to leave.
