I made a mistake refunding a person and the support team failed to help. Refund was $1.25 but it transferred $125. You could clearly see the mistake but they chose not to assist. I recommend ppl to use PayPal, Google pay, Zelle, or Venmo. They help with these matters.

Cash app is for prostitutes drug dealers scammers it is not a good bank to put a lot of money in people can steal your money people can scam you they do not return your money if you cash app it to someone there's no way to file any disputes that customer service sucks they do not answer the phone they want you to reach them through a email I highly recommend chime that's who I went with I was getting my unemployment check and direct deposit from my job there and they canceled my card causing me to have to fill out all this paperwork Miss days of my payments I would never recommend this car to no one but drug dealers prostitutes and scammers

I recently tried out cash app for investment purposes for myself. They would not allow me to trade bitcoin. After using a in app ticket for customer service I was called by one of their employees that removed 500.00 from my bank account and the company will not refund it. They state is was not their company that is responsible. The gentleman called from their number that is attached to all their response mails. The registered APN that controls the number states it is their service that uses the number. The money went through their system under their service and yet they feel the are not responsible for returning the theft. Poor performance and bad experience. Would recommend Nexo or Crypterium for investment or crypto services.

My cash tag was $CashBag3131 and a friend of mine who sent me money was robbed out of over $7,000 using this app,there was no communication with a live representative from cash app to assist in the matter whatsoever! I had to use the app to dispute the fraudulent transactions, cash app had the nerve to try to send me a new card which I destroyed immediately! Cash app never contacted me to resolve the matter knowing I contacted the app to dispute the fraudulent transactions that happened while using their app! Before this incident the app was useful, though I highly recommend not using cash app because there was no protection or live support for a resolution like other card companies have in matters regarding fraud! Please for the sake of your finances don't use this card,their system is compromised, I know because I lived it!

This app would be great if they at least had a bank or didn't charge for atm fees. It's not like I can go to your bank or atm so why charge a fee? If there is a problem there absolutely no want to call you have to wait for an email response that takes for ever and it doesn't help. The only thing good about this app is that you can send money with bo problem other then that simply horrible

consumer beware, if you are a circus animal the company is for you, if not stay far far away. customer support is a joke or none existent. I wrote and email... their twitter support group says they never recieved it, well how did i get a reply to it from them if it was never recieved. oh, we can open a case for you, we dont have phone support currently.... nope nope nope. they dont care about their clients and im not a circus animal.... STAY FAR FAR WAY

I wish I could give this company zero stars because that’s what it’s really deserves. The company does not care about it consumers. They talk about security However, allows scammers to create accounts, does not investigate like they should, and messes with other money. The place does nothing about unauthorized transactions and or unauthorized push transactions. The customer service is horrible in which they don’t have a phone - so you’re stuck write emails that take 2-3 days for them to write. Senseless if you ask me. Long story short- my young sibling brought a cellphone from a person disguising themselves as a Honest seller. I in fact did not know until a few days later and tried to get my money back. I contacted cash app in which was very difficult to do later just to be told that the can’t recover payment after it’s completed. According to them one of my device was used, and they could not prove it a unauthorized transactions. Even if it was an authorized transaction, if misled by a scammer they should be ready to send my money back as this is called a “unauthorized push payment.” First off they should investigate the damn user and requested my damn refund themselves. Asking them for proof regarding my claim. Cash app does not want to put in the work so they create use the - We are safe if you follow rules. I’ve never used the account until recently, and when my money was stolen the rules was followed. I want my money back. Part of me is even looking to take legal action against this ripoff of a company. Do not, I repeat do you not get cash app. Stay far Away

I use this app daily nearly and works reasonably well.

Most people can send me cash via it, sometimes they can’t seems to be depending on what bank they use, some can send after a 10 minute wait. Some can send instantly.

Money always arrives in my bank in roughly 15 mins after I click to withdraw.

So if they can sort the failed payments with some banks in the U.K. I think it’s a decent service.

Much easier and simpler to use than paypal

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!! This is your money, your transactions. As a middle company transferring from one bank to another, they are the contact person when money is not pushed through. Someone sent a large amount of money to us. Cash app gave us a date to receive it. It took the money from the senders bank and I am FIGHTING hard to get that money pushed through or as they say CASH OUT. My bank said they should have seen the check before I got the money. They see nothing. Tried to contact Cash App. There is NO ONE to talk to. We did the email as they said to do. We are waiting. This app does not have support. All the help tips are if you did something wrong. Any business that takes your money with no way of reaching them, is not a good business to be a part of.

THE GOOD: To their credit, I used the $CashApp once at it was 1. Fairly user-friendly. 2.The transaction was seemingly fine and rather quick. 3. I've heard many people had mentioned that they use this app.
THE BAD: Can't speak for everyone, but apparently, there was a deceptive incentive to receive $5 for friend referrals: both for the party who suggested/ referred this app (through their $CashApp link referral no less) and for the first time referred users of the app, if they send at least $5 to someone within 14 days after joining. NEVER got the $5 reward, nor did the person who did the referring. That monetary incentive was one of the reasons why I downloaded this app! More importantly, the other problem, a BIG one, is why and how can $CashApp operate with the lack of having any access whatsoever to be able to speak to someone?! At the time of this post, surprisingly disappointing, there is: 1. No number or accessible C/Service personnel to speak to (!?). 2. No customer service contact email. 3. No chat box. 4. No place to search / type to enter concerns- or compliments for that matter.
THE UGLY: Shrewd people realize that it is horribly bad business not to have 1. Contact information when dealing with people's sensitive bank account info, debit cards, and money. 2. In comparing, many other cash transfer apps do indeed have a way to be contacted when they need to be. 3.That is why I am uninstalling and will no longer use $CashApp, especially if or until the major concerns are satisfactorily addressed.

No Company should be fixed where you cannot talk to a person when you have a problem.

Cash App is awesome I use for my business. Very easy to use !!! Never have any problems.

I was scammed and as the main phrase used by cash app being that your customers safety is most important I find that hard to believe considering the only response I revived was mostly a copy and pasted responds saying to ask the person that sold me the item to refund me the money.which I have done! However when have you ever known a scammer to reimburse you for being scammed!!!!!!!!!!! The phrase used about safety being a main concern should be taken out of your answers because it it's obviously a lie.i am completely appalled! I don't ever wish to use this sight again due to the lack of help I have received.i understand I probably was not graces fault however political must change of this company is to continue in existence...I'm sure I'm not the only one that had had this issue. and last but not least the length of this note shows note unhappy I am considering I don't write books! If the only response I get from this is you sorry please feel free not to bother.

minus 5 stars absolutely bull they give you a low cost way to buy btc and when you do they lock your account DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS APP YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY i will have to sue Square Inc to recover 4300 dollars

Made my wife’s balance negative some how and now is demanding we pay $160 dollars and we didn’t even buy anything. Then you try and solve the problem but you can’t because they have nobody to talk to. You email them 3 times and never get anything back. It’s a real shame this app could be amazing if they had an ounce of customer service.

Up until today I had not had an issue with my direct deposit. I show my direct deposit being completed as of last night. It does not reflect in my balance. I sent email to the support team as you can't call and talk to a person which is absolutely ridiculous. Now my money is in limbo and I am not happy. I see others are in the same situation. This better get resolved quickly as they will have a lawsuit on their hands if not. Get a number so people can call when. issues like this happen.

Cash app ls absolute garbage. I sent 300 dollars to my gf and it was taken out of my account and not put into hers. They have ZERO customer support.
