Worst app ever and no support at all. No response from Cash App and OfferUps TruYou system is complete bs. Buyers beware. The TruYou option on OfferUp is a joke. I ordered a MacBook Pro at a fairly good price which I was already suspicious about to begin with, however, the user had 5 stars (80) and was a TruYou member. So I paid a majority of the sum through OfferUp and some through Cash App in order to show I was a serious buyer. Big mistake in the first place was to agree to that and not a mistake I’d normally make. A woman with the seller name, iShipONLY, and the Cash App ID Margarita Taylor ($margaritataylor62) told me to message her if I had questions. The following morning I woke up to ask her a question and her OfferUp account was deactivated and is still deactivated with no way to contact person. I obviously got scammed. Buyers beware. Do not trust the TruYou reserved ranking of sellers on OfferUp or Cash App. Naturally I requested a refund via Cash App to the still active user, but no scammer is going to return free cash. Looking for customer support in the CashApp App is like looking for a needle in the haystack.

I have nothing good to say about a bank that keeps blocking transactions out of who knows what. Then you can't talk to anybody to get it cleared up there's no given reason for them not to make my transaction and my son needs the money fluck this account. I am going a stop using the app if you do not give me a person to talk to or a reason why you stop a transaction. This is not just money its people's lives. Stupid.

Cash app support doesn’t even deserve one start rating. I have experienced the worst unimaginable support with a missing payment. Cash App clearly doesn’t have any intention of supporting and helping customers in need and App support confirms that. You can’t talk to a live person and it’s even nearly impossible to find the email on the app to send them an email. Only a few ridiculous instructions ending with “this resolve your issue”. There is no other option, so if your issue isn’t resolved, good luck because you are on your own. I sent money almost 2 weeks ago and the recipient didn’t receive it, and I have been going back and forth with cash app support with no resolution.

Do not, under any circumstance, use CASH APP! They would rather protect the person who stole your money than help you get it back. All the reviews saying that Cash App will allow your money to be stolen with no help is completely true. I am facing it now and I wish I had read these reviews before I started using it. Cash App is awful and they are just as low as people committing the crimes. DO NOT USE, STAY AWAY!

So I lost my card the other day. I ordered a new one and I still had the card in the envelope it came in. Someone tried to use my unopened card for 100 bucks. Someone working for cash app got my numbers and tried to use it.

Got the app to send money to Family member. First time I tried to use it I kept getting a failed message. Checked to make sure that there was money in my accounts, and there was. After several emails between me and what must have been a bot, the problem remains unresolved. I was told, though, that I ought to “send the money outside the app.” I did and I also deleted the app. Others have had worse poorly dealt with problems than mine and I never want to risk opening myself to them.

If I could leave NO stars I would. I had cash app for years... I originally had square cash, then cashapp. I had an account without issue at least 6 years or more. I was really excited when the bitcoin feature came. I used it everyday to shop with Amazon and other legitimate companies like Microsoft, and Best Buy, who give discounts for paying with bitcoin. Cashapp closed my account, for no reason. I had $114 in that account. I thought it was an error at first. It is weird. When Cashapp closes your account the features do not all stop at once. It starts declining in some places or giving you error messages. I thought I had demagnitized the card. My sister and I share a house. We run errands together on the weekends.
When my Cashapp card first started acting up ww were at an outlet mall, for my birthday no less. Each place the card didn't go through, she used hers instead. After each purchase, I transferred money from my cashapp account to hers to reimburse her. Within three days, my card stopped working all together. I went online to contact support and found out that my account had been closed. Now I had a business account. On more than one occasion I provided my Identification and paper work showing what I purchased, as well as answer questions about being a professional published model who receives payments from companies and photographers for my work. Yet, my account was closed. To add insult to injury, THEY CLOSED MY SISTER'S ACCOUNT TOO. NOT ONLY DID THEY CLOSE HER ACCOUNT THEY RETURNED TWO PAYMENTS SHE RECEIVED FROM PEOPLE FOR SHADOW BOXES THAT SHE MADE AND SOLD THEM. CASHAPP THEN TOOK THE MONEY FROM HER BANK ACCOUNT 🙀. It was CASHAPP who engaged in fraudulent activity not either of us. Fortunately, for my sister, the bank reimbursed her and the two customers used PayPal or Venmo to pay for their purchases. We both left negative reviews in Google play store AND on Twitter. A customer service person answered the reply in playstore advising us to email their support. Wow, really, their support said, "sorry we can close your account for any reason without any explanation ". So if they decide people with dogs, transgender, a particular race, are something they don't like, they have the right to close your account and hold your money without a reason, appeal, or accountability. A legal loophole for discrimination against anyone they choose to abuse. I think A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS IN ORDER.

I initially was over the Moon with Cash App until on Dec 6, 2019 $95.83 was stolen from me via Cash App. Ok these things happen, unfortunately but their assistance is garbage, they are telling me to contact the company, still no help and no refund, I had 101.00 to my name.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANY LONGER

My Identity was recently stolen. I had many fraudulent transactions on my bank statement along with cash app transactions that weren't even made by me because I have never had an account with them. I've been going back and forth with them and my bank for the past month. They only respond to emails when they feel like it and whenever they do respond they are RUDE!!! Horrible establishment. They are no help at all.

Do Not envolve yourself with this app! I have $50 dollars on my account that I can't get off the card and I've contacted customer support and still no money. Their customer support is only through email, you can't talk to a live person, so angry and thinking about filing a complaint in court.

I had an account and after changing phones was not able to access my old account, they will not merge the accounts and kept $300 I had on my old account, be careful people do not trust this app.

Unfortunately, the transaction went into "complete" status before I could cancel it. I immediately contacted Cashapp support and instructed me to request a refund from $teamkendra. This thief blocked my account and denied the $70.00 requested refund.

I went back to Cashapp and was told they could not do anything about. I am livid!! Cashapp has no protection for the customer when something like this happens, the customer loses their money to theft and Cashapp has no recourse.

Cashapp operates with no integrity and a civil group lawsi should be filled again this company.

Well, after a long 60 day wait! My money was refunded back to me by cash app!!! I just hate in the process I had to take the steps I did to get it back! Now, there is a system glitch that won't allow any accountholders that use their email address to get into their accounts!! After, I do get into my account I will more than likely not use cash app going forward!!!

My friend sent me $400. She misspelled my name. Someone else spent my money and I can't get it back

I wish I could give them no star! They closed my account out of nowhere then instead of the rejecting my direct deposit my money is just sitting there with no way to contact a live person and no way to get my money!! DONT USE THEM!!

I honestly Lost my wallet with Debit card and cash app card, someone of course stole my money by sending money from my bank to cash card, even overdrafting my account by more than $500, I disputed it, and they investigated, everything check out, BUT, CashApp permanently deleted my account. Ive even tried to start a new one but I have to use my SSN and they say they cant give me a card.
