Melanie Le was great. I was a little reserved about how much the loan was going to cost me and she had no problem explaining it as many time as needed to make sure I understood it. I was also on the road but needed to get this done and she helped me every step of the way to assure I got my money as quickly as possible and called me though every step to update me on what she needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable and I have already referred her and her company to a person that needs the same thing I did, to bridge the gap between checks coming in and making payroll. She was a big help!!

vERY GOOD SERVICE. HIGH RATE BUT GREAT SHORT TERM LOAN

Sometimes you need a little extra to tide you over for the month. I believe this is my fourth short term loan from Cash Call. I am always treated with respect and courtesy and always pay the loan back within the month. I am glad they are there to help.

1st time I took a loan out was quick and easy and I paid it off early so when I needed funds I applied again. The second time around was a hassle. I dealt with not being called back, their system being down and not submitting the bank verification, I had to submit 3 different times. I also was harassed about proving my address when I've lived at my address for over two years but because I took a week trip to Florida they asked for multiple docs to prove I lived at my address. I had to deal with 3 diffrernt agents. This loan is being paid off in 3 months and I'll never go back to them.

It took some time especially with the PASSWORD, but it's okay. I guess it was for security of information. Thanks, everything turned out well. Tim Nguyen was very helpful.

Iapplied and qualified for a certain amount and was only given half of what I was told I was getting. Not real happy with this company

The lending process was surprisingly quick and simple. It was handled very nicely by the agent I worked with over the phone and online.

CashCall is the best. John was very helpful and patient, especially when it was our time with this new process. I would highly recommend John.

My service rep was VERY helpful. I never give 5 stars because that would imply there is no room for improvement. Asking for a return call, not anwering the phone on that return call, then saying "I saw you left a message but I didn't listen to it..." leaves room for improvement. ☺

It was very easy for me to get a Loan and the cash call rep. was a very patience person she help me en explaint every thing to me even though english is not my first language. thank you very much
