My experience of losing one of my most favorite car is a little sad. But my experience with CashForCars is great. They are very professional. Gave me good quote and nicely followed up. Even the process of card handling and over all process and pickup was pretty smooth. I strongly recommend when you are in need try CashForCars.

The Experience from beginning to begin with very positive. They made an offer. Stood behind the offer. And had someone come pick it up without any issues.

I couldn't believe how incredibly easy the whole process was! I was prepared for a day's long ordeal costing me hundreds of dollars in storage fees while I waited for the car to be picked up. It was picked up the same day! On my schedule! The driver had a check in hand for the full amount offered and the check cleared the bank immediately. This is a LEGIT service. You won't go wrong using this company.

I explained I needed my vehicle gone ASAP because code enforcement had given me warnings. Their offer was low, but the man I spoke to said he would give up his commission. I was told to contact the carrier directly. I couldn't because they were closed all weekend. So I called Cash for cars back and twice was out on a hold so long I ended up hanging up. Called around and almost every other place offered me more for my truck. So avoid these people if you're selling an older vehicle that you know has hard to find useable parts on it. These people will low ball you based on age alone.

They gave me an offer and then followed up with a better one. It was honest and straight forward.

I tried two other companies before I found cash for cars and they were one hassle after another with missed pick ups and dropping of offers. Cash for cars said what they were going to do and did what they said.

Smooth and easy transaction! Pick the vehicle up and gave us the check.

The car rides great. In between the doors and the lift back there was a ton of stuck on debris that took me hours to remove. I still have more. I also had to add engine coolant and windshield washer fluid. The tires are worn also. I will have to change them soon.

Fast service and quick turnover made for a great experience

They were supposed to call an hour before pick up the vehicle from out mechanic so I could meet them over there to give them the title and the extra set of keys and to get my check. The driver told my mechanic that We said it was ok to pick up, so they took the van without the title, without paying, or calling. I did not find out until I call to see where they were. Then it took me 4 days to try and get the check and for them to get the title and for mme to get my Tag back that they told me they would bring back. This is on top of very rude people on the phone several times. I will never use you guys again, on top of telling other people not to use you!

Sold my F-150 to them last year. They offered the best deal compared to anyone else I found, so it seemed like a good option. Initially everything went very smoothly—I had a check in hand when the delivery truck picked up the vehicle.

The issue came later when they made a mistake with the title and needed another signature. After several emails back and forth, I decided to call. Unfortunately, you’re routed to a call center where no one could actually help. After being told three separate times that someone would call me back and never hearing anything, I eventually gave up.

The original contact at the lot where my truck was delivered also stopped responding to emails after 7–8 attempts to get more information.

My recommendation is to read up on how your state requires titles to be signed and not rely on them to provide the correct instructions.

It was fast, easy, seamless & the entire process was so simple.

Was a pretty sketchy experience overall, definitely left like it could be a scam and they definitely outsource to India so that doesn’t help but wasn’t a scam and would recommend giving a try

I received a “guaranteed” quote from cash for cars. I provided an accurate description of the car online. Upon arrival the pickup guy spoke barely any english and then offered me $200 less than my guaranteed offer which I originally accepted in good faith. The reason - the 24 yr old car that is still running, did not have the original muffler. Seriously? I never certified to OEM parts for the muffler and the text message shown to me by the nonenglish speaking driver’s rep said- not original parts- sorry. I needed the car gone due to HOA so I had no choice.

Not sure if this was Apopka or Orlando- either way they represent the overall business.

Well sorry cash for cars, bait and switch is a scam. Stay FAR FAR away from them. Will never use again.
