I received a more than fair offer for…

I received a more than fair offer for my partial Tiffany flatware set. The offer came only an hour or two after the message that they had received my items. The whole process was safe, secure and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of dealing with this company.

Realistic Expectations and Persistence

When I initially sent my sterling silver to Cash for Silver, they made an offer that was much lower than I expected. They quickly returned my silver and life went on. After watching silver prices jump up from their recent low point and bounce around for a week or two, I contacted them again and asked them to take another look. Based on recent silver prices and the other factors they consider, they made an offer matching my minimum expectations on the nose. My check should arrive tomorrow by FedEx. My recommendation is to have realistic expectations and be a strong advocate for a fair price.

It was simple

It was simple. Shipping was free. I didn’t even have to speak to anyone. The only criticism I have is that it would have been nice to see the quote having listed each item, what the material actually was and what it weighed. Other than that, top notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
