Very smooth transaction. Easy to ship with “the kit”. Unfortunately what I had thought was sterling silver turned out to be plated copper. John took the time to explain their process of testing my items and offered a number of options that were very fair and reasonable. The process was easy, I printed of my mailing label sent in my items and waited for an appraisal. Accepted what was offered ans was paid quickly.

Process was quick and easy. Once I signed up a shipping label was instantly provided. Within 5 days I had my items evaluated and an offer made.

Well I thought the offer was low I counterd a higher offer we compromised and came to a agreement

The tracking of the pacwas dead on. The communication from Cash for Silver was very good. I knew every step. The appraisal of the silver was fair and in line with what I expected.

I sent 23 grams of 24k gold and received a fair price. They actually called me and negotiated the final offer.

I was hoping to get a little more for my silver. They paid me about 37% of silver market price. I was hoping to get at least 50%. Considering that silver is very high right now, I'm happy with the settlement.

I would give no stars if possible. I was ripped off; the shipment was “lost”, the owner signed for it at delivery, but “did not receive”. The owner offered 20% of value and is giving the BBB and Mo. Attorney General’s investigators the runaround.
