I would give no stars if possible. I was ripped off; the shipment was “lost”, the owner signed for it at delivery, but “did not receive”. The owner offered 20% of value and is giving the BBB and Mo. Attorney General’s investigators the runaround.

Recommend them highly. Simple easy transaction at no cost and very fair offer.

I was a little nervous working with an online organization where I needed to send pounds if silver. However they were very responsive to texts and even called me when it was necessary. They explained the process and handled things well.

Overall pleased with selling my silver experience. First offer was a joke but the sales manager fixed it within 48 hours. Will sell to them again

Everything went as promised. EXTREMELY easy to submit my silver. They even arranged for FedEx to pick up the package from my home. The appraisal was done in 24 hours after receipt and the check is in the mail!! Exactly as advertised. They exceeded my expectations.

Consultant heard me, and he gave a detailed explanation on a complicated topic that answered my questions. He made me feel my business was important. Great job! Great communicator!

no one seems to care with this outfit. cant get a call back or text .they have my coins made a low bid,cant get coins back let alone text or call

Super easy transaction and good communication. They sent label, I boxed and sent items, they emailed when scanned at Fedex and when it was received. I thought the offer was a little low, so I called. Agent was helpful and was able to made a higher offer which I accepted. She stated that they cannot offer more than 70%.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say. They are extremely difficult to communicate with and when you can communicate with them, you get inconsistent answers. First they claim they never got the 50 ounces of silver I sent them with their FedEx label. Then after I sent a nasty email they changed their story and they did have it and they lowball me an offer on it. I asked them to ship it back like their promise says they will and I’ve heard nothing. I would not use this company again to sell anything.

Fast service. I appreciate not having to pay to send my items or have them returned. The guy that called me today was very friendly and knowledgeable.

If you are uniformed it may sound like a good deal. They asked what I would be looking for. Spot price of my silver was just under $7000. I told them it would have to be low to mid $5000’s and I know it is volatile right now They offered me a “10% Bonus” for sending it in. They offered under $3000 . The exact number was 41% of spot. It was almost insulting and a waste of time. I get people need to make money but they advertise they are the refiner eliminating the middle man. Well I don’t know a single middle man who pays less than this business. I wish them well but in my opinion learn what your items are valued at before taking an offer that can easily be more from just about anyone. Many pawn shops would pay that much. Good luck all hope this helps. Shop around you can find far better options.

Great appraisal price would have been 5 Star. However I clicked on PayPal payment and it chose UsPS instead. I had to call in to have it changed so I won't be paid today the gentleman on the said he would have to have the check cancelled and probably not PayPal until Monday. My previous sales I have always gotten paid the same day.

I do appreciate the customer service. This is always good to have. However, if I wasn't stressed for cash.. i would have just gone elsewhere. The current spot price vs the offer is in my opinion considerably low.
I sent the over 6g of silver. Spot price yesterday 89. I was given $313 and that included an extra 10% bonus. So. Quick math... i got $50/g 60%??? Sorry never again.
