I don’t want to sell any device to Cashify again as they are not paying the correct price as shown in the website . I don’t recommend any one to sell any devices to cashify it is totally waste

It’s a fraud website. They come to your place. Find a fault in the mobile, and then suddenly reduce the price from 10 to 15,000. The sales person also tries to negotiate by finding one fault in the website. It’s a fraud website.

I went for repair of my mobile - one plus 9r two months ago on 17 August in Haldwani Cashify store. I had to change its display. The process continued for about 2 hrs and when I got it back, the screen looked overly bright. Even, the touch screen was partially working and the fingerprint sensor was just disabled ie COMPLETELY not working. I complained about this to which they replied that it will be fine in a few hrs. I had to go to Delhi for some work and couldn't get time to resolve the issue. On Oct 1, I came back to Haldwani and directly went to the store, they changed it and it's still the same. The brightness increases to max all of a sudden. The display suddenly becomes pink gresyish. The phone has become a burden now. Never ever recommend this to anyone!

Absolute fraud. Avoid at all costs. The representative came to our house and refused to pay the quoted amount. I asked the reason and he said the phone is in perfect condition but no one buys second hand pieces these days so he was going to offer 6000 less than the quoted price and if we refused he threatened to cancel. I was doubtful so I asked for his ID and he refused to show that as well. Later we settled on 500Rs less than the quoted price. Will not recommend to anyone.

My Poco X2 was in perfect condition, the price on the website was 4800.
The agent came at 8:30pm when the time slot was 3-8pm.
He started clicking multiple photos with the camera, keeping the flash on, as if he was trying to purposely destroy the phone. He clicked like 25 photos. And when I asked him, he said it's part of checking because the Poco brand has this issue that the phone restarts. When I confronted him about what happens if the phone actually stops working and who's going to take responsibility for the damage, he stopped and made me talk to his superior. After fighting with them for 10mins on the phone, they agreed that there is no problem on this issue and they proceeded with testing.
Next, he said the screen has visible lines when he opened the quick settings shade, but no problem was visible on normal operation.
Second, the battery. When he came it was 90%, after doing all the useless checks, it went to 86%. He says this is not good.
Overall, the price he gave me was ₹3500. Moreover, 45mins of wasted time.

This company appears to engage in deceptive practices. Initially, they offer a competitive price, but later the agent reduces the price citing unclear reasons. Once the phone is handed over, they refuse to cancel the transaction. This seems to be a deliberate strategy from the management. It is advisable to sell your old phone through offline channels to avoid potential issues with such online services.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone XR from Cashify in August 2025. The phone worked fine initially, but just 15 days after a successful DIY back cover repair, the display suddenly went black. At first, the phone still vibrated and rang, but now it does not power on at all.

When I approached the Cashify store in Borivali, Mumbai, they refused warranty support, claiming the display/backlight issue is not covered and insisting it must be due to “physical damage,” even though the phone was handled carefully. Their response was unhelpful and frustrating, leaving me with an almost unusable phone and no affordable solution.

I do not recommend buying refurbished iPhones from Cashify unless you are prepared for potential hidden hardware issues and minimal support.

I recently bought a refurbished phone from Cashify and opted for the additional
6-month warranty, bringing the total warranty to 1 year. Initially, I was hopeful about the purchase, but after 3-4 months of use, l've faced consistent issues. Last month, I encountered a green screen problem, and now, just a month later, it's happening again.
What's even more frustrating is the service experience. Despite the extended warranty, the service center has been nothing short of disappointing. I had to wait for over 1.5 hours just to get my phone checked, while they were attending to new customers first. Once I finally did submit the phone, all I got was a proof of submission and the usual "wait for 7+ days" response. It's incredibly inconvenient, and honestly, it feels like they don't care about their existing customers who are facing issues

I trusted Cashify for the warranty and a quality refurbished phone, but at this point, it's been more hassle than it's worth. I hope they step up their game in terms of both product quality and customer service. Until then, I can't recommend them.

Dreadful experience
I gave my phone on Cashify at 27/09/2025. The payment was stuck and they asked me to buy boat ear phones and then they will transfer the payment.

Their system showed payment pending. They kept my phone and said that payment will be done within 2+3 hours however nothing received.

I followed up via emails and visiting store but again after check they said imei of the phone was generated once and payment cannot be done for another 45-50 days. It is a scam, don't sell phones at cashify, instead sell to any shop.

Very bad experience! I have used Cashify 3 times now and everytime it's the same thing.
I get a quote from the website then when the agent actually shows up to collect the phone, they always deduct atleast 1000 rupees.

For example for my latest attempt, I wanted to sell my good as new Vivo Y75. The original quote was 7300 which they then reduced to 6700 on the app(due to some minor scratches). Then finally when the agent came he offered only 5300 stating some (non existent) scratches on the screen!

Better avoid Cashify and go to your local reseller

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with Cashify. The app shows a higher value for your phone, but when their representative visits to collect it, they always find some excuse to reduce the price.

Recently, the person who came to check my phone claimed there was a display issue — but there wasn’t. I even showed him through the phone’s settings and display test options that the screen was perfectly fine. Still, he insisted there was a problem and directly deducted ₹3,000 from the quoted amount shown in the Cashify app.

This is the second time such a thing has happened. So, I strongly advise others not to rely on Cashify’s fake quoted prices. It’s better to sell your phone on OLX or other platforms — you’ll get a much better and more transparent deal there.

Very bad experience. They calculate some different price in the website, and then give half the price wats supposed to be given.
I was supposed to be given 6400 amount for my OnePlus phone, but when pickup agent came, he found out too many faults in my mobile screen, and then it's body, he said it has screen opened sometime, bcos there is dust inside camera n all. He said there are dents in body, which are actually negligible n invisible to normal vision. Cashify is worst, better sell ur commodity in market for its best price. Cashify never give true value for your product, they found too many faults in ur commodity and then give very low price according to that report.
Never ever sell or buy anything from cashify.

I went to sell my phone at Cashify. Online, the price for the phone was showing as Rs. 4500. But when I went to the shop, after checking everything, they told me Rs. 3490. Then they inserted a SIM card into the phone, checked it again, and after giving some random reason, they suddenly said the amount would be Rs. 1800. This is the very fake company. Worst experience. Never suggest anyone to sell aur purchase anything from here.

I was quoted 6500 for IPhone SE, after doorstep delivery amount was reduced to 4500 when pickup person checked with the manager. despite cancelling the order, he took images and IMEI number. I think it is scam just to collect IMEI numbers.

Cashify gives extremely low value for phones, as if they expect people to hand them over for free so they can resell and make all the profit in one go. Worst service – not recommended at all.
The technician was bargaining in a very unprofessional way. For a phone worth ₹6,000, he first said ₹3,000, then ₹3,200, then ₹3,800, and finally ₹4,000. On top of that, even though my phone had the original screen, he immediately claimed without checking that it was a replaced screen.
Overall, very disappointing experience.

Pathetic experiences these days. Pickup agents are not interested in completing the orders and when they come they give very unrealistic offers.

Very very bad experience it's fully worth of money don't buy it I buy iphone from cashify store phone was superb conditions but the camera is not working properly and phone was hang so much and air drop is also not working..

Don’t buy from cashify if buy you are mad

Selling phone to them with all the details, they show you one amount and when the agent comes for collect they start to show you the same time with different way, my phone display was changed from the company authorized centre, still they say its not original display and starts pulling down the cost, its simply waste of money.
