I recently purchased a MacBook Pro 2020 from Cashify, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

Within just one month of laptop purchase , the screen started having heating issues, which clearly indicates poor quality. It seems like they are using low-quality or third-party parts instead of genuine components at the end today after 45 days my laptop screen broken while just normal use.

Additionally, their customer support is extremely unresponsive. There is no proper call support, and they keep giving excuses instead of resolving the issue.

This has been one of the worst purchasing decisions I’ve made. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before buying or repairing laptops through Cashify, as it feels like a scam and a waste of hard-earned money.

I wanted to buy used GamingLaptop so i visited this site and Boom! the prices of gaming laptops on this sites are so much overpriced Like gtx1650 with 10th gen i5 At 35-40k. Who will buy a 5 year old 1650 at 35-40k ?.
Plus i ordered a gaming Laptop last year and guess what they sent me corrupted graphic card with hardware issue gaming Laptop.I thought might be Ram slots aur gpu thermal paste can be causing issue. So i opened that laptop to check dust and everything is plugged in properly. When i asked for replacement they completely refused to replace this laptop .
❌ Don’t buy they have maximum defected refurbished products and you won’t get replacement if you check anything on it.

Third class experience Nobody responding Bought a mobile phone but not deliver till Date because of stock not available & Amount not refunded.

They call themselves trusted!! Huuhh bruh I have purchased a laptop and when it is delivered there was a small dent but I ignored it as laptop was working in good condition. But after 1 months the laptop was not charging so I had asked for warranty but they denied showing that small dent as physical damage and I have also given vdo proofs of the dent but they didn't except it...

Biggest fraud company. Be aware. Very unprofessional and dangerous. Don’t entertain them. They will quote a fancy price initially and the agent who comes to pick up your phone is trained to fool the customers. He will start acting and will call somebody to say that the phone has scratches bla bla and will bring the price down by 30-50%. If you are adamant and refuse to sell, they will add another 15%. Very unethical and dangerous company. Avoid these fraudsters.

The company is a fraud.
Stay away don't waste time. And pathetic part is Samsung has tied up with such fraudulent company for refurbished sales.

I submitted my mobile device to the Cashify JM Road Pune store for display and back panel replacement.

After the repair, the display quality was significantly worse than the original. The color tone and brightness were clearly different, so I refused to accept the device and reported the issue immediately.

Since then my phone has been with Cashify for around 13 days. During this time I received contradictory explanations from different representatives regarding the display that would be installed.

First, the CEO Desk informed me that an original display could be installed for an additional payment. Later the store representative told me that Cashify does not provide Apple original displays and only provides Cashify-certified displays similar to the original. After that, a technician called and said an Apple original display would be installed. Later again it was mentioned that only third-party parts are used.

These statements are clearly contradictory and created serious confusion about what parts are actually being used.

Because of the delay and lack of transparency, I requested that my device be returned without any charges. However my concerns have not been properly addressed.

My experience with Cashify was extremely disappointing and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before using their service.

When I scheduled the sale of my phone, the platform initially provided a much higher quote. However, during the pickup inspection, the agent claimed there were scratches and reduced the value significantly. The final payment ended up being about ₹8,000 lower than the original quote.

I believe the condition of my phone was misrepresented during the inspection, which resulted in a much lower payout than expected. After contacting customer support and explaining the situation, the only resolution offered was ₹500 as a “goodwill gesture,” which does not address the difference in the quoted amount.

Overall, the experience felt misleading and the resolution process was not satisfactory. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend using Cashify to sell your device. If you do decide to use the service, make sure you carefully document your device’s condition and be prepared for the quoted price to change during pickup. but to be precise just dont use any for there service it will save your time and money

Mene ek phone liye Infinix gt 10 pro usme 6-7 months me error aani shuru ho gyi, on nhi hua, jb me warrenty claim krne gya to usme wo phone nhi bna, or unhone bola same price me dusra phone dekho, jb, jb mene same price me dusra phone dekha or jb lene gya to fir usme unhone bola ki ab us phone ka price almost half ho gya, bs mera kehne ka mtlove ye hai ki unhone ye pehle kyu nhi bola meko ki warranty me me price deducte hoga.

Extremely Disappointing and Unethical Experience with Cashify

I had a very bad experience while trying to sell my mobile phone through Cashify. The online quoted price was ₹24,500, which is why I decided not to sell my phone to a local vendor and proceeded with their service.

However, when the executive arrived for pickup, he quoted just ₹7,500 — a drastic reduction from the original price. Within just two minutes, the price was suddenly increased to ₹14,500. This inconsistent and arbitrary pricing felt completely unethical and misleading.

It appears the initial online quote is used only to attract customers, and the actual offer is significantly lowered at the time of pickup. Additionally, the customer care team was unable to properly address or resolve the issue.

Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend Cashify based on this misleading pricing practice and poor customer support.

It was such a deceitful experience. They show high price and when the agent comes to collect the product half price is given only and these agents are trained well to not give more money as shown on the app while booking. It's a modern cheat full scam. Not authentic.

Fraud company. They will offer exactly 50% less than on the website.

A legal case should be filled against them for misleading information on the website.

I ordered a refurbried mac book. But then cancelled the order. The customer representative said they can't cancel it, so i need to receive the order and then i can return the order (no questions asked) and get a full refund. She convinced me into this, even after i opted for cancellation.

The product arrived and i was not satisfied with the quality and performance of the device. Now when i was trying to return the order Cashify was not answering my issues. I tried reaching them multiple times - they just said we'll get back to you, but that did not happen. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Terrible experience with Cashify
They quoted a price of 9991 on their website. When the pickup guy came, they dropped it to 8500 and after negotiation to 9000. OnePlus 10R in very good condition. No scratches or dents, everything working fine, original box and bill available. You will be shocked as to why they reduced the price - they claim there are two tiny cover marks on the sides, the size of the tip of a pin.
Do you even see it? Basically looking for excuses to lower the price. And this was not an evaluation parameter when filling out their form.
Better to sell it at the local mobile store. Don't waste time with Cashify. I was warned that this is what they do but I still tried them and it was a huge disappointment.

Cashify is a very bad platform, completely a scam.

Needed quick cash for a best buy gift card. Was strung along for a day being told the sale would be processed soon. Next day the order is cancelled for a duplicate submission but they have no knowledge of the original but when I checked the gift card balance I was all the way empty handed. Only response I get is from the AI bot every other attempt has fallen on deaf ears. I got big finessed.
