The 5 stars I indicated are deserved. I visited Danforth/Jones Cash Money store in search for a solution to some financial problem, and I'm glad I did. The agents who were there, who I made sure to note their names from their badges, were Shanid, Elizabeth, and Brittany. Teamwork is what I saw from them when they worked on my file, no wonder all went very well. They were respectful, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable of their work. I appreciate the service and I am glad to say that my problem has been resolved. I am glad with the tips they provided on how I can build my credit, and I will always remember that.

The supervisor at your 851 Danforth location is absolutely fantastic. She was kind, courteous and methodical with her explanation of my various options. Frankly, I’m surprised that she’s only a supervisor. She is 100% in an asset to your team and deserves to have her customer service skills recognized, not only in written form but Also, by way of financial compensation hourly.
