Good customer service great game site except withdraw your winnings takes a very long time even after you've withdraw before that's the only set back

This company used to pay out fine last…
This company used to pay out fine last year like any social casino. However, starting in about February they started throttling people's accounts making us wait weeks for payouts. My most recent payout was 3/13 and has yet to be paid out. I charged back and left. Many of my friends had redemptions cancelled after a month and told they need to verify again. I would avoid this place at all costs. They have a redemption limit too. Anywhere from 100 to 400. But, if you get a big win. Good luck being paid out.
