I came here to complain but seeing all the complaints my pales. I think they had a computer glitch that they won't acknowledge. I only had $20 in so It's not a fortune but to me it's a lot. On a positive note they always pay on time. They are no easier or no more difficult to win at then any other casino, in fact in my opinion better than most. Payments are timely and accurate. A little money can stretch into a lot of fun time. I can't give a 5 but will give a 4+.

What the hell has gone wrong? 81% of 1 star negative reviews is outrageous. I can't fathom why you haven't been investigated. The reviews here are based mainly on Casino Rewards which runs a site of their own but I wonder how many people stop & think that the "controller" of all the affiliated casinos is Casino Rewards! In saying that the reviews listed here therefore would be applicable to each & every affiliated casino that you "control". I hate to say it but what a hell of an eyeopener it has been to read almost word for word my exact thoughts on how things have changed...for the worse. I have been playing on all affiliated sites for 9yrs now & are out of pocket by a minimum of $750k & that's no joke. Absolute Scam! I am a platinum status and I just put another $1000 into it in 2 days and I'm still at a level 2!!!! I've had it! Rewards for playing my a$$. Scam casino that you hardly ever win on. I mostly play on Zodiac. I need to find a new casino! One that has no affiliation with casino rewards! Oh and the games are rigged..they keep saying they aren't but it is obvious when you see glitches playing games...especially when it looks like you are gonna go to a bonus and the last reel glitches and skips!!! Happens so frequently that you know it is rigged.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could, straight up rigged games and play. Is it possible to win? once in a blue moon. Is it likely? Not very often. Play long enough and you will see weird stuff like slots not acting normal. Weird glitchy refresh just sometimes happens for no reason. And once in awhile it will refresh and let you win a pre determined amount but only up to that amount and not above it. Super suspicious behaviour for supposedly random and legit games. Oh and to top it all off the organization is based out of an island somewhere. If you dig you can find it. Haha nothing to see here!

Site is definitely rigged. Support is absolutely useless and condescending. Even if you manage to record and report any issue with games or anything to do with the reward riches. The only advice or help of any kind is to deposit more and more. So I've stopped depositing all together. This is my #1 most hated site. I'm sure with all the bad reviews a class action lawsuit might get them to think about making some changes to justify all the people who have been ripped off.
