Very slow withdrawal process and verification process. Documents constantly denied. I’ve used the same documentation at other casinos and it’s been accepted, not here!. They do not work weekends so if you request a cashout on a Wednesday or Thursday, they hold it for least 24 hrs before it goes to the finance team, they don’t work weekends, so now it’s Monday, you *might* get paid out by Wednesday. With all the fabulous casinos that pay out same day, I wouldn’t waste time at this one
