Awful experience. Waited well over three months for my aligners. Was sent one test pair which fit perfectly only to be told the didn’t fit me and I needed to go and have more scans done that would cost me £60. After waiting multiple more weeks and requesting an at home impression kit as I couldn’t get to the dentist I was ignored for weeks. Never receive the kit and when I requested a refund I was ignored through emails and WhatsApp messages. Absolutely would not recommend anyone go with these people for teeth straightening. Seems cheap because they are a scam

Sent impression kit back 20th March 2026, after 2 months I was sent one aligner 14th May to see how it fit. the bottom had a gap, therefore I had to start again,the impression kit arrived 8 days later with the wrong sized mouth pieces. I asked yesterday for the correct kit to be sent by return or my money back. I now can't get them on the phone,I want my money back, as enough is enough.

Been waiting over 2 months for my aligners and still got to wait another 3 weeks for them to make them apparently. Emailed countless times and don’t get a reply until 5 days after.
So after receiving my aligners after nearly 3 months and sending them photos of how they fit, they’ve determined they don’t fit and I’d need to do another impression. It’s okay though because they’d send another impression kit free of charge (worth £20) not. So I’m having to do my impressions again and probably wait another 3 months for them to come. Absolute joke of a company.

I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars following a positive resolution to my concerns.
My main issue remains the lack of transparency regarding return shipping costs for international customers. At no point before purchasing or during my impressions appointment was I informed that international customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping themselves. I strongly believe this information should be clearly disclosed upfront before customers commit to treatment, as return shipping can be quite expensive depending on where you live.
In my case, I was initially told that I would receive a return shipping label by email. After several follow-ups through chat and email, I received conflicting information, experienced delays, and was offered a goodwill credit of £30 toward shipping costs. However, the actual shipping cost from my location was £60.83, which was significantly higher than the amount offered.
After several frustrating interactions, my case was eventually handled by David Abraham, who took the time to properly review the situation, answer my many questions, and work toward a fair solution. He ultimately agreed to cover the full cost of returning my impressions, which I genuinely appreciated. Once David became involved, communication improved significantly, we reached an agreement, and the process moved forward smoothly.
I would encourage international customers to check potential return shipping costs before purchasing, as this expense may not be insignificant.
While I still believe Casper Smile needs to be much clearer about return shipping responsibilities from the beginning, I am updating my rating because my concerns were eventually addressed fairly and professionally. I have now successfully returned my impressions and am looking forward to continuing treatment.
I sincerely hope the rest of the process is smooth and that I won't need to update this review again.

I had a video call for my refinement impressions with Jim.
I’ve been on my aligner journey since September 2025. Now on refinements as was not happy with the service or results.
Jim was patient and clear on mixing the putty and making the impressions (i had to do so a few times). He was helpful to making the best possible
I await the return label now
It’s been two months since I booked and paid for a treatment plan with Casper smile, and I’m still yet to receive my first aligner. It took weeks to get on a call with someone to do the impressions, which they insist you book. It’s taken two attempts so far to get a smile projection that my regular dentist will approve. I am only having a very slight alteration from a previous treatments relapse, and Casper smiles first two projections would alter my teeth quite seriously and cause and overbite. I’ve since flagged my concerns with a team but as of today, have had no reply. Thank gosh I’ve had alignment before as if I didn’t know what to look out for i’d be really worried. I would encourage anyone looking for treatment to consult an actual dentist first.
