Disappointingly slow

Initially I was very happy with the speed and accuracy of the information provided on chat, however when I asked a couple of trickier questions it took considerably longer to respond. Purchasing was easy it has been the actual receiving of the kit and accessories which was slow and then there was missing items so I had to wait for them. Meanwhile booking an appointment to do the impressions was challenging the appointments were booked 4-6 weeks in advance and as a result it’s been months until I have been able to do and send impressions. Jim was very efficient and helpful when I finally did book an appointment. Then I was told it would be a further 6 weeks to receive the impressions. Overall 6 months from enquiry to starting treatment is just too long.

Seems to be a long process and takea a very long time to actually making the adjustments and actually receiving the retainers. I unfornately didn't get the result I wanted. I could nkt get my bottom teeth done. I was there is too much movement and I won't be able to achieve the result I wanted so was disappointed only done the top one and hasn't been the result I wanted.

Had a great initial experience with…

Had a great initial experience with them however the results were not the same the same as what was projected then I got told I needed to pay extra 200 pound for a touch-up which I did, took ages for the touch up aligners to arrive. I just received the touch up aligners and it's one single set I can't see what difference they are going to make and I'm sure there'll be asking me for more money would not recommend

Really happy with my progress so far

My initial experience with Casper Smile…

My initial experience with Casper Smile was amazing. However after agreeing to my smile projection which i was happy with the results unfortunately the final result my teeth were still left very wonky. I emailed and was advised it would cost an additional £200 which i wasn’t happy with. They agreed to reduce slightly. The process from then on in has been so slow nearlY 6 months and i still haven’t received my new aligners. They are now saying my new trays are a poor fit even after being advised my impressions were excellent. I am definitely being fobbed off!

Caspersmile experience so far!

The process so far has been great. I have had a couple of problems… firstly Royal Mail lost my impressions. Caspersmile resent another set of materials for me to re do them free of charge.
Secondly, when I opened my box of aligners I was a couple of items missing, I spoke with David Abraham and he kindly arranged for the missing items to be sent out. The aligners are great! They are much better than what I was expecting and I can’t wait to see the end result.
I would highly recommend… It’s good to know that they are there if ever there is a problem.

Easy process

Easy process, and better value for money than other brands. I would definitely recommend using their video impressions appointment to make sure you’re taking your impressions correctly. Jim helped me on mine and was very professional and helpful.

It's a scam don't give them you're…

It's a scam don't give them you're money they haven't a clue what they're gong I order in December and they don't fit sent them pictures and they said there going to send me my 2nd treatment I don't understand why when the frist ones don't fit.

I have asked for a refund so many times but they just keep asking questions to try and talk me out of looking a refund it's a SCAM
