I've used this company twice now and in each case i have been successful. My last loan paid out last week.

Their services led me to a quick payout and overall I'm satified with their service. I would consider using them again.

They have taken my money, phone number does not work, how a company can cash in on people who just want help, disgusting, I cannot get hold of them, please do not use this company EVER

Castle were helpful as could be. Thanks to them i've just had a £3500 payout from one of their lenders. Thanks very very much guys.

Scammers. Had to report them for fraud to get my money back off my bank. Just ignore your e mails and take £79 for NOTHING. No loan agreed. Preying on vulnerable people. Should be shut down.

As agreed in our terms and conditions and under section 155 of the 1974 Consumer Credit Act we have a period of 6 months to fulfil our obligation in finding you a suitable loan. A refund is applicable if a loan is not forthcoming within that 6 month period........ if like me like me they took £79 out your account this is a terms and conditions so you will get your money back like I did in the end

Their services suited my needs. I knew I had bad credit but tried them anyway beacause I thought they could help me and my loan loan went through within a week.

I've have also just had 79.00 from my account I only was looking and the have scammed me emailed them for a refund

At 49% the rates we not great but they did their job OK found me a loan.

they charged me broker fee, I got contacted by a lender very quickly.and all went well, Got the loan next day. Thanks.

This must be the biggest SCAMMING set up i have had the misfortune of dealing with.I knew instantly ,this company was not for me ,but not before , i had agreed to their terms.I emailed/telephone instantly to cancel my application.First telephone contact is a recorded message , secondly the email reply ,was just an automated reply, sent to every email i sent ,6 in total.The thieves have since , gone ahead and taken my money , and totally ignored my telephone and email cancellation requests !! I have now taken advice and ,as i know i wont get my money returned, i am going to every organisation i can , to report them and have them cease trading.I hope others thinking of using these scammers ,reads all the reviews and see a small minority of positive ones ,to the large amount of negative ones.CASTLE FINANCE DIRECT , avoid like the plague !!!!

Having bad credit I was turned down three times before using the Castle website. I applied and had four loan offers. I took the right loan for me. It did't take long to pay into my account.

The personal loan I applied for paid out last week. The rates were just about OK. I think its an average service but worth using.

They scammed me out of £79.99,i tried to email but it is saying it can't be delivered, can't find a phone number for them, how do you get a refund??? Someone help please

It was long shot for me looking for a loan online as I had been refused a loan from my own bank. I found Castle Finance online and applied to them. I didn't think anything would result from the loan application, but it happened and the loan came about and got paid.

I had £79 taken from my bank account and did not take any loan as i decided could not afford one. I have emailed them asking for a refund but have been ignored. They are conning people out of money for nothing would rate them 0 stars if i could.
