I placed a order in November 11, 2025 It's now the end of December I still haven't recieved anything. I sent them a letter and proof of my purchase no responce yet.

Ordered slippers, never received after several inquiries of delivery date. Casual Comfort kept the payment for the slippers but never delivered the slippers. Casual Comfort is a SCAM company.

I placed my order on 11/5. On 11/20 I got an email stating it was shipped and would arrive in 10-15 business days. On 12/10 I checked the tracker and they claimed it was delivered on 11/21, one day after they said it was shipped. I went to my local post office and they have no record of this shipment in their system. I wrote back to Casual Comfort and they say that because they are showing it as delivered, USPS needs to put in a claim before they will refund my money. I paid through my bank checking account so I'm not sure they can help. I'm going to put in a complaint to the WA state Attorney General.

Honestly I bought 2 pr of slippers one 11/5/25 and yesterday Well this place should b shut down Their customer service is horrible Never respond told them they’ve never replied to me on anything
My bank asked me to ck with casual comfort shoes I did nothing. So now I’m moving forward & the bank calls it FRAUD they sold me a pr those slippers were sold out & they took my 40.00. B careful buying anything from these guys unless u just want to give $ away I would have given them ZERO STARS ONLY HAD TO GIVE 1 or no review 🤷🏼‍♀️

This company is a complete joke. Purchased shoes and took 5 weeks to receive them. Once I got them they were the wrong size and color and very cheaply made for the money spent. I ask for a return to get the correct size and color. They told me to keep them as a gift and they would refund the money. I still have not received a refund and it’s been 8 weeks. They say it’s been escalated and nothing happens. This place is terrible. Get them off the internet. Do not buy from them!!

WHAT A SCAM. I placed an order on 11/2 and they took payment that same day. I did not receive a tracking number until 11/20 after 5 emails to customer service. I used the tracking link to follow progress and status changed very slowly. Based on their delivery timeframe I expected delivery by 12/5. That time passed I checked tracking and it had changed to delivery as of 11/20 the day it was supposedly started shipping. I wrote to customer service again and they threw back that it was delivered. I checked the expanded tracking and it says it started shipping on 11/3. I paid through PayPal will ask for their assistance on getting a refund.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. I ordered a pair of sandals as a gift on October 24th, cancelled them on the 26th and here I am on December 9th still waiting for a credit or a pair of shoes to return to get credit! STAY AWAY, THIS PKACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

Update: They provided an "updated tracking link" that shows that they shipped on 11/24, which means it wasn't shipped yet when I requested cancellation on 11/12.
I placed my order on 10/31/2025 and as of 12/3/2025 I still have not received. I tried to cancel at 2 weeks when I still had no shipping confirmation and they said they could not cancel because it had shipped and provided tracking. Tracking shows it is coming from China, no details as to where it is now or when or if it will be delivered. This is totally unacceptable. Do not purchase from this company.

This company has NEVER delivered ANY shoes, poor quality or otherwise, to me. I have asked for a full refund. The initial order was placed in early October, and since then, I have received NOTHING but the run-around. This company is a scam. DON’T try buying anything from them!

hated the sandals I would never buy again from here they were inferior I sent them back and never heard from them again. bought about 6 to 8 months.

DO NOT BUY, SCAM never received the item, the email doesn't work and the phone # is also bogus. They have numerous complaints in the BBB and are not credited with them.

This is what happens when you respond to a Google ad because just at that moment you happen to need shoes. Best to have read these reviews first. I agree with all the concerns raised thus far. I was chanrged for the items weeks before they arrived. The items received where in no way true to size. None of the shoes came with any kind of arch support and are uncomfortable to wear. They are so cheaply made they in no way justify the 'sale' price I paid. I did not even try to return them when I saw the hoops I would have to jump through. All items went into the trash. It would have been quicker to just burn my money so at least the bad guys do not get any.

This company is by far the worst I dealt with shopping online. I bought two pairs of swim shoes so my father and I could go on vacation. Literally a couple hours later he had a heart attack and I told them to cancel the order. A day later I got a message saying to please reconsider. I told them what had happened and sent back to please cancel my order. Later in the afternoon, I got a message saying that they would send the note to cancel to the Department that handles returns but because it's been more than 24 hours it may not be able to be returned.

When you buy from them it says that processing takes 3 to 5 days and shipping can take up to 15. But when you actually try to speak with them, they say processing is 24 hours. Everything is predatory about this company and I'm truly taken back by this.

Also, you get contacted by another random company," Premier trust store. Now it's been a week and I have not been refunded. I still haven't received the product, which I have no need for now. I'm only writing this to let anybody and everybody know NOT to buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! - Initial delivery took 5-6 weeks to arrive (ships from China). Several post-order emails reflected a price 50% less than the one paid. Requests to price correct were acknowledged but never effected. They offered to refund the difference but never followed through. Shoes arrived TOO SMALL! Advised Customer Service over 2 weeks ago. They'd requested photos of the shoe and packaging, but NEVER heard back since. My follow-up email, has yet to be unanswered. AVOID like the plague.

Product was a fake. Returned product to China address and product was returned for “delivery denied”. MULTIPLE attempts requested for a refund, but no resolution!!!

Terrible company. Products cheap. Cancelled order same day as placed........ Website says 7-10 ship......order wasn't processed for 10 days, kept being told they couldn't stop order....product didn't ship for 2 weeks after that.

It took weeks to receive shoes. Now you can not get a average foot in whole of shoe. We want to return but all numbers are in active and no one answers e-mails. Pay pal customers say stay away from this customer. I have filed claim with PayPal. What a good company to trust and help you.

I wish I could rate them minus 5. Total waste of money. I ordered shoes that were advertised and came up during a search using the brand name. What I received instead was a cheap fake. getting a refund was a nightmare since you will spend all your refund shipping back to china. do not bother, total waste of money. They also have false advertising on their website stating they have a "5" rating from Trustpilot. Just a scam.

I wish I could rate this zero stars. The company did not ship the shoes in a timely way (according to their web site's promises) and, once I received the shoes, they were the wrong size. The company refuses to pay for return shipping the shoes back to them.

Terrible company. Lack communication. Products were weeks late & now no one will reply as t9 how I can return them.
