Received the invoice in advance for the year which we agreed on, then they decide part way through to credit the invoice and reissue a lot higher than original.
Would not use again.

From the first phone call that I made to receiving the additional sanitary bin was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Our Account Manager, Liam Bennett, promptly returned my call, discussed my needs, sent me a revised contract and the additional item arrived the next working day. What a great service, thank you.

Good service at competitive rates
We have used Cathedral Hygiene for our washroom maintenance for a number of years now and have recently agreed a long term extension to the agreement based on both the service that they provide and the competitive rates. The account management is also very responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cathedral Hygiene.

Really friendly staff and fantastic service in setting up our account. New sanitary bins installed within a week of our initial enquiry, including an onsite consultation visit with a representative. We're a small community centre and felt valued by the service we've received so far.
