I had such a lovely experience yesterday when shopping for an outfit for my son’s wedding. Roma was amazing helped me put together a stunning outfit, absolutely love my dress and hat. Nothing was too much trouble and she made me feel special. Thank you so much Roma.

Amazing experience shopping for my MOB dress in Catherine’s of Partick. Roma looked after us and was so friendly and helpful. She seemed to know which dresses I suited before me, and ultimately suggested I try on the dress I left the shop with. Completely different colour and style to what I intended to wear, but just perfect. She had a great eye for detail suggesting accessories with no obligation or pushy sales chat.
Nadia looked after me for my alterations and was also very friendly and chatty, giving a professional and personal service.
Anyone worried about choosing their outfit, please don’t, staff are so helpful and knowledge. They are happy to give advice if needed but ultimately just want you to have a great shopping experience for your special day.
Thank you for making my daughters wedding journey extra special.

This was my first time shopping for a mother of the bride outfit so I was apprehensive. I convinced myself I wouldn’t find anything I liked & would walk out of the shop empty-handed.
How wrong I was!
The kind assistant took me under her very experienced wing & guided me wonderfully to THE outfit. I was completely surprised & over-joyed with my purchase. BIG THANK YOU Roma! 😃

Had the loveliest Mother of the groom appointment with Shaleen today , who was absolutely excellent , she knew exactly what I was looking for and got it spot on . Can’t wait to wear my outfit in September. Thankyou so much Shaleen for the easiest appointment ever . 🥰

When I phoned to book my appointment I explained I was just wanting to look as my sons wedding is not until later next year. That was not a problem.
I was greeted at the door by Shaleen. Again I explained I was not buying just looking. I had no idea what I liked but Shaleen was so patient with me, going through around thirty dresses and we picked out a few I fancied to try on. I really liked the first dress I tried, with a matching hat, bag and shoes. I felt amazing!
I did try on a few other dresses but nothing matched the first one. I ended up buying the lot. So much for just looking! Shaleen was amazing,so helpful and patient.

Have had two visits in past few days and both ladies who helped us were outstanding

Arrived at shop and was introduced to Roma who was lovely and put me at my ease
I explained what i was looking for and colours We went through dresses and picked a few to try. Tried on and then Roma brought a dress - tried this on and I knew it was the one Tried another few on but went back to one I loved
Roma addrd shoes and bag to the dress and hat and I felt amazing
Dress has to be altered - adjustments were made and the girls were fab
Was a great experience and my friend and I had an amazing day

This was my second visit within 5 weeks to try and get a MOB dress, sadly my first visit I couldn't find anything to suit but staff were lovely and helpful.
My return visit on Tuesday 11th of March was booked on the morning of my visit and I was overjoyed they made an effort to fit me in.
I had called to check the dress I liked was available in my size and colour and they kindly kept it for me as I was traveling from Kilmarnock by bus.
On arrival the staff were all pleasant and helpful but I must single out the beautiful Katie, what a credit she is to the store.
Such a beautiful person inside and out,so very helpful and honest and made my day special as I was on my own.
Katie shows that she loves what she does and this shines through when she is serving you.
If you are lucky enough to visit this shop all staff are helpful but again you will be very lucky if you are assigned to Katie she will make your day as special as she is.x

Friendly helpful experience from all staff. Was given many options on style & colour. Lots of time & attention given from Dolly & treated with personal dignity & respect. Purchased beautiful outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Very pleased.

I visited Catharines of Patrick ( Glasgow )on Saturday 8th March to find an outfit for my son’s wedding, my daughter and I was greeted at the door from a lovely lady who made us feel so welcome. I was then taken care of by a lady called Tanya who couldn’t have been more helpful, I wasn’t sure on the style or colour of dress I wanted so Tanya was very helpful by going through each dress explaining and showing me the colour and style. When I decided on what dresses I liked I then went to try them all on and was able to decide what dress was the one for me. Tanya then helped me by choose a colour of shoes , fascinator and bag to match my outfit. I honestly felt fabulous and I can’t thank Tanya enough for helping take the stress away of finding an outfit she really is an asset to your team.

I travelled nearly two hours to this store to find a Mother of the Bride dress, and I'm so glad I did. Roma was amazing. She was so kind, funny and made the experience enjoyable. I was very apprehensive and not looking forward to trying on dresses as I don't wear them very often, but Roma knew exactly what styles and colours to pull that would suit my shape. I didn't feel pressured to buy and I'm so pleased I walked away with a stunning dress.

Had a very successful visit - served by Dolly who was knowledgeable, fun and super supportive. Buying a mother of groom outfit & also a Nana of the groom outfit too! Visited another retailer before but should have just come here first. Wonderful experience. Thoroughly recommend.

MOB shopping

Roma was amazing at helping me choose the right MOB outfit. Felt very relaxed with her and I am delighted with my choice. Roll on July for the big day! Thank you so much you are a star!

I am the mother of the groom and I was not sure what I was looking for had no idea at all before I went. Lisa was my helper today she was so patient brought me dresses that I wouldn’t normally have looked at but I am so glad because I ended up with something that I wouldn’t have chosen for myself. Wasn’t looking forward to going because I didn’t know what to look for but thank you Lisa you were back and forward bringing shoes, bags and head wear until I was happy with everything so I did say YES to the dress and accessories. Great experience.

Wow Lisa Was AMAZING 🤩 I honestly didn’t think I would find anything, however Lisa listened and helped me pick some different options. Allowing me to try on and take pictures and not pushy. I’ve been looking since last year and always thought Catherine’s of Partick was super expensive.
Everything was very reasonably priced, not what i was expecting. I left with dress & hat.

Had an appointment booked and it was my first time visiting Cathrines of Partick. The shop is a large store and plenty of room to move around. The lady assigned to help me was Lisa and she was lovely. The outfits are all sectioned in sizes which is great and what a selection so much choice and colours. Lisa showed me all the dresses and I just let her know what I quite liked from that she kinda knows your style. Lisa was so good at pairing up hats with outfits and shoes were given to try with outfits, did take husband along so he did help however Lisa made the experience for me and to be honest I could have left with a few dresses lol. Chose the dress for my son’s wedding and I would definitely recommend. I will be back for sure . Thanks you Cathrines of Partick x
