Great range of products and good prices. Very fast shipping and safe packaging. They always seem to include a gift that complements the other ordered products and allows me to try new products I would not have known about otherwise. My favorite shop for C-beauty.

The products are fabulous, but the most impressive thing is their shipping. Very fast from China, plus well packed; never had anything arrive broken. Love it!!!

I got cheeryep eyeshadow palette in shade (lively). Delivery was quite quick about 2-2,5 weeks directly to my door, no extra customs fees required.
I love this palette btw so much, great pigmentation and easy to blend

Ordered the Noiricorn palette. Arrived within 2 weeks. Yunexpress was the courier and citymail was the last mile carrier. No extra fees, delivered to the door. Was packed nicely with bubble wrap. I recommend. Good store to find alt/goth c beauty.

Honestly it great company and I had no issues with customer support but the shipping is a hit or miss. I placed 3 orders with the in last few months or so, one got here in about 2 weeks while one took about a month to get here. While my first one got here in about a week of ordering. So while everything is packaged well and I had nothing wrong with my orders I wouldn’t count on expedited shipping even if you pay for it. I still like a lot of the products on there website so I’ll probably ordered from them again but just go with regular shipping from now on

scam company refuses to pay affiliate marketing commission when i sell for them. i think a company that is not reputable to its partners is not reputable to its customers.

I've made a few purchases with Cbeautymall now and have not been disappointed. The products come very quickly for having to travel so far. I love the variety of fun and new brands to try.

It has almost been a month since I placed my order. They use a third party shipper from China that doesn't deliver to PO boxes, but they don't tell the people buying from them. So it was sitting in the warehouse for 2 weeks. I couldn't change the delivery address, only the company sending to me. They weren't responding to my emails until I asked for a refund. Then everything appeared to be working. However the delivery company said I would get my package in 2 days. It's been four. At this point I'm going to ask again for a refund then go through my credit card company. If you're shipping things and using a third party delivery system, you should know if they deliver to PO boxes and if not, you should not allow people to put in a PO Box as a delivery address. And you should answer emails before it escalates to asking for refunds.

My package was missing most of my order (I ordered 3 eyeshadow palettes and received only 2). I contacted customer service asap, submitted photos, and now it has been over a month and I have not gotten any news or had my issue resolved. Definitely would avoid ordering here in the future just because the customer service is terrible.

Have purchased twice in April and May 2025. Packages take a week or two to arrive. Everything has arrived well packed and intact. Prices are higher than other places, but the store is reliable and you don't have to pay customs yourself, which is well worth it for me.

First time on CBeauty Mall, definitely not the last! I received my parcel in France 2 weeks after placing my order and happily surprised to see that everything was very carefully packed. I chose different brands, from eyeshadow to lip muds: all brands are carefully selected for their quality! I'm now checking regularly for new items! 🙂
