So, it's actually been 5 years but I'm still bitter about it 🙃 And finally, there's a place I can leave my review - there was nothing before! For good reason.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Everything seemed good at first, but once payment was made, the agency became utterly useless. Before I left for the US, I had discovered issues with the employer I was signed with - for one, no one was communicating. I wasn't able to arrange airport pick up, had no idea where I was supposed to go. Email, phone, fax, nothing worked. CCUSA just told me to keep trying.

Then i found out, from a girl who was already working for the same employer, that the accommodation that was promised when I signed the contract was unavailable (destroyed the year prior during a hurricane) and that her and 2 other girls were now living in 1 tiny motel room, and I was supposed to join them the week after. 4 people sharing a motel room with 2 beds. Sounds great, right? Especially when each of us were expected to pay $100 each week. What a joke. You'd think the agency would check in on the employers and make sure everything is safe and in order

Last but not least, my employer was a freaking bully, and a sociopath. Not to mention that his friend, who was a registered offender, worked at the store. I spent 3 months looking over my shouldee and hating every minute of my stay, because even after reporting the issues, the agency did nothing.

No, wait, someone came over 1 month into my stay and asked if I wanna be moved to a different location. Seriously? Took you a month and that's what you got?

Signing up with CCCUSA was the worst decision I ever made. But it was a good lesson not to go for the cheapest option.

CCUSA have been very supportive and responsive throughout the process of becoming a camp counsellor. I could not recommend them more. Dave King is an asset to the company, very professional and approachable and really knows his stuff! I would recommend CCUSA to anyone looking for a transparent, reliable agency for summer camp.

Great! Helped me get in to the camp that I wanted and Dave king was very helpful throughout. helped me through every stage and made the process a lot easier with a lot less stress! And now I feel fully prepared for summer camp with less stress :) Would definitely go through CCUSA again!!

The agency has been incredibly helpful with the process of applying to work at an American Summer Camp and when applying for the visa. The time to reply to messages and emails of inquiries is really quick which makes the process much easier.

CCUSA has made the process of being a camp counsellor in the US so simple!! The staff are INCREDIBLY helpful and kind particularly Dave King! CCUSA has helped me find a placement despite having to defer a year and even with an insane time difference (I was studying abroad), the staff have been accommodating and super understanding. A very supportive program for prospective camp counsellors for sure. I’m yet to get out to my camp but I have a feeling this is going to be a great experience!

CCUSA made the application process for camps so easy and were always able to help at any moment whether this was for booking flights, aiding in how to approach visa appointments and what to bring.

Before finishing my application based on the meeting with staff they already looked for camps that suited my needs and came back with one immediately

The staff were friendly and always available to help anytime either via email or zoom meetings.

Ccusa made the entire process so simple and easy. It all seemed so daunting at first but they were so reassuring and helpful every step of the way. Dave especially is a legend, anything I needed big or small, he always got back to me straight away and provided so much help and assistance. It impressed me so much how well he knew the specifics of my application and situation while presumably handling hundreds of other applicants too, cannot thank him enough. I've always wanted to do the kind of thing CCUSA offer and I'm so glad I picked them to do it.

I left my application to the very last minute this year while I waited to confirm if I’d be available, but as soon as I knew I could go, I got in touch with Dave straight away. Even though I’ve been through the process before and should know how everything works by now, Dave came to my rescue and was super proactive and had everything set up for me within a day.

The whole system with CCUSA is so smooth! Everything you need is there, down to the finest detail. Every step you need to take is super clear, and they provide really helpful, detailed step-by-step guides that make the whole process feel way less stressful and gives you loads more confidence in what you're doing.

Dave also sent over key info and reminders as soon as he could, which made things so much easier on my end. And even though I’ve done this a few times, I still had a bunch of silly questions too, but nothing was ever too much trouble.

The CCUSA team are genuinely lovely and always happy to help with anything you need, whether you're prepping before you fly or already out in America. The support they give is amazing from start to finish.

This agency was brilliant! They were able to answer any questions I had and supported me completely throughout the application process.

I can't say anything bad about CCUSA. I have done three summers in the US using them, and plan on completing a 4th, and they make the process as smooth as possible. CCUSA and Dave King are the ones to use if you ever plan on going to the US to work a summer camp, or any of the other wonderful programs they offer.

The application process & steps required are clearly laid out within my account.
I've used them as my cultural exchange provider for several years & have never had an issue with their service. I recommend them without hesitation.

Just arrived home after a second summer with CCUSA and I cannot recommend them enough. I have had no problems, everything is so quick and easy. I even extended my time in America with a quick push of a button and they were on top of everything for me. I am so glad I found this company! Definitely one of the best out there to get you in your camp America journey
