I've PRE-ORDERED on November 3rd my phone and since then I have exchanged about 30 messages with support. The order arrived December 16 and was sent December 8th. Always very helpful, usualy responds within 24 hours weekdays. I payed more for the product and got the money back within 3-4 days of request. PAY ATTENTION to customs, since I see most negative comments are because of this. You have to pay customs about 20% (my case). I defenetly recommend this shop. Is trustworthy and always verify your custom prices.

The ordered Mediapad M6 will replace the Mediapad M3.
Equipment was securely packed.
Handling of the order was done professionally.

This shop allowed me to get a non-standard phone with a cool feature I was looking forward to having in a phone for health reasons, something which is not offered on phones in the U.S. The phone arrived in good condition, but the E-ink feature offered was not quite as described (not a fault of the shop, but deceptive marketing by the manufacturer.) I experienced some friction when trying to return the item, hence the missing star. It's tough to implement a return policy overseas, but a friendly return policy is expected these days, when products can't be seen or inspected prior to purchase. A smartphone is an expensive purchase and usually needs a test drive. They eventually did allow me to return the item, but I had to spend a good deal of effort outside school and my full time job making my case for a valid return. Hence great, but not excellent.

I was hesitant to purchase online at first, since I live in North America and the store ships from across continents, but I eventually purchased a couple of phones for myself and family, and their service is amazing! Very responsive and understanding, and I will definitely be doing more business with them later!

Good prices I would love to see the price never goes up, the customer support is amazing, plus they ship it fast and better than good eReader.com

I got my item in less than 15 days. It's as described. I was reluctant to buy here cause I didn't know this website, but now I can say they are trustworthy. I am very happy with my Huawei Mediapad M6 turbo edition.

Top but a Little low to receive the item's. Maybe the covid affects

I live in California, USA. This was my first purchase from mainland China and I had some security/fraud concerns. Although I did some internet search I was not sure even if buying CECT shop was safe/secure or not.

Buying experience from CECT shop is FIVE STAR. It's as good or even better than buying from main online stores in US. Excellent customer service. Very responsive, you ask a question and get an answer within hours or a day.

When it comes to phone review, it's complicated.
This is my 4th e ink device so I'm not the beginner in the field.
I have migraines and can not look at regular LCD screen even for short time, So I'm very photophobic.
1st device I had is sony digital paper, I think it's still the best professional ereader on the market.
2nd device I had is dasung paperlike HD 13.3 monitor. It's a great monitor, it's almost as good as real monitor short of watching movies.
3rd device I had onyx boox max 3. It was an ok device. Not as good as advertised, not as good as sony as e reader and significantly inferior to dasung as a monitor.

Hisense is my 4th e ink device. I was waiting for a e ink smart phone for a long time and when my iphone died, I looked at what is out there and nothing really compares to hisense. There are not much option and at least to me there is no practical rival to hisense. I choose classic black and white over color e ink phone as I think color technology is still in it's infancy.

OK now the review of the phone.
As an e ink phone it's ok to good. It is more reflective/white than my other e ink devices even with the default mat screen on. there are 4 display settings and phone is quite responsive and fast in speed mode. I wish it was less reflective/white but that is not been a big issue for me as do not spend hours looking at it.

Next: As a phone If you know Chinese and live in china it can be great phone but if you live anywhere but china and do not know Chinese than this phone is a disaster. I would have still bought it because I'm hopeless and need an e ink smart phone and this is the only practical choice.

Reason for a being very bad phone for me (even less than one star)

1- Phone is designed for somebody living in china and know Chinese. Even when you select the English language many things still in Chinese. No English user manual. I still have no idea about many things in the phone.

2- Worst off all is that you can not upload google play. I knew it and I though that it's not a big problem because I should be able to download individual apps from their web sites. After buying the phone I realized that most apps like firefox, all the apps that I needed for my work only gives you 2 options in their web sites google play or itunes. You can find some other web sites to down load some of the apps but it's not clear if they are secure or not. I was only able to down load whatsapp and so far no other apps. Without google play the phone becomes an expensive simple phone. I just use it to make phone calls and simple text. Because I'm stuck with pre installed web browser, web search is not is a good experience. For example browser even doesn't open web links on the text as it supposed to be. Voice during the calls seems more mute than my iphone, even with speaker phone sometimes I have difficult time hearing other person on the phone.

3- You can not connect it ethernet. Not clear why as it is android 10 OS which supports ethernet connection.

4- key board is not good and default key board is Chinese every time

SO OVERALL. CECT SHOP IS GREAT, SAFE/SECURE, VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE. HISENSE A5 PRO IS AN OK PHONE AS AN E INK DEVICE (3-4 STAR) BUT A DISASTER BECAUSE OF THE INABILITY TO UPLOAD GOOGLE PLAY. WITHOUT GOOGLE PLAY IT"S NOT A SMART PHONE ANY MORE. IT'S MUCH BETTER TO BUY A CHEAPER IPHONE THAN HISENSE IF YOU DON NOT NEED E INK SCREEN. I STILL GAVE 3 STARS BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH CECT SHOP AND THE FACT THAT IT IS STILL SERVING ITS MAIN FUNCTION FOR ME.

Except some days of delay everyting else was like promised.

Communications were perfect. There was clear information about the product, the shipping costs and the additional costs. The deliverytime was fast , but in my case even a day earlier!
Would definitely buy again!
And my Mi10 ultra is awesome...

I bought 2 phones from them in 3 months, a meizu 17 and a vivo iqoo 5 pro, both were impeccable and everything was perfect, the only thing that was a little disturbed was the fact that in my country (Romania) it took a long time until the product passed the customs, on October 16 I ordered live, until the payment was processed, until they sent the package on October 23 being the weekend on October 17/18 it lasted longer, on on the 28th it was in my hand, Hong Kong - Timisoara, the phone arrived in the country on the 26th but it took until it reached me.
I have not had any problems with Meizu since it arrived so far, after almost 3 months of use everything is perfect, google services work perfectly and I have not encountered any problems.
Vivo iqoo 5 pro is the best phone I've ever bought and I'm glad that the cect shop sells such phones and I hope it will be so in the future, All the best!

Terrible company sent me a product that didn't work and refuse to give me a refund also selling Chinese products that do not work in the US to United States people and don't offer any support I would not recommend this company for anything

This was the worst service that I got. I would never buy here again.

I was excited to get my watch. As soon as I got it, I opened it and tried to set it up. I had some issues with operating and registering it. I sent a note to CECT support. The response was once a day, even when I immediately responded to their email. The kept blaming me for not being successful sayin "It works for other customers". I felt like they wanted me off their back and get rid of me. After a week of back and forth with unsuccessful support, I tried to return the watch. They did not accept it and did not help me understand the reasoning. After few days I managed to make it work, but this was one of the worst services that I got.

I'd highly recommend not buying here if service is important to you.

Very good service. I am pleasantly surprise about the continue feedback I had during the shipping.
All that is said in the Web is true so, that is very important especially for pricy purchases. I only have a problem with a speed charger cable because the velocity is slower than the original one. The rest of things are working fine. Very good purchase.

I ordered an OPPO Watch from their site about a week ago, and came a day earlier than scheduled.

Whenever I’ve emailed them, I’ve always gotten a prompt reply, and their shipment notifications are great to have too.

I will shop here again in the future, and I recommend CECT Shop.
